I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

Of my many Airbnb stays, Laura’s comes up with the very best. Her home is lovely, inside and out, with a lot of fun activities to choose from. Located on a beautiful creek opening to wide water gave us a chance to explore in her kayaks and paddle board. Rainy weather meant indoor board games, reading etc on the beautiful protected porch. The kitchen had all sorts of amenities for cooking. Plenty of bedrooms for sleeping in the peaceful atmosphere. I can’t wait to return there!

Great location and setup. Pool on the back patio was great and my kids loved it. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores. It made things for me and my children super convenient. House was extremely clean and organized. Very comfortable stay for me plus 4 children.

Kelly was responsive in letting us know we could check in early. This was helpful because we drove to the house. We arrived a little early and it was nice to be able to relax. The place was clean and had the amenities as described. We contacted Kelly several times during packing to know what to bring, and promptly answered.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m incredibly thankful to have booked with Maia and Rico. Rico’s communication was exceptional—clear, prompt, and thoughtful—and his kind spirit made the stay even more memorable. The home was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was just as described. I especially loved how close the fish market was—just a short 2-minute walk, perfect for anyone who enjoys fresh crab and seafood. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

My husband and I came to Brigette’s place to spend time with both sets of our aging parents and our toddler. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a crib, tiny table, and toys so that even my two-year old felt right at home. The walk to the beach was a small distance but was well-worth having a nearly private beach. I couldn’t imagine such a gorgeous location being as empty as the photos showed, but it’s accurate! Very happy - would definitely recommend :)

The cleanliness was magnificent, everything was spotless, kitchen, bathrooms, common areas and bedrooms. The supplies were stocked for if you needed to tiddy up. Even had toiletries, detergent, water and snacks. By far the best AirBnB experience I have had thus far. Highly Recommend this property to others and will be returning.

Great location to the beach. The tiny house is adorable and it had everything you could think of. Gwen was very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely book again when I’m in the area again.

Excellent host! Space homy and inviting. 7-8 minute walk to the beach 🏖️. Very friendly neighborhood. Easily accessible to great dining. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Well what can I say! We all gathered from Atlanta and Maryland to attend a family members graduation. This property blew our mind and it was well worth our travels and the cost. It was spotless, extremely clean, and very spacious and the aroma was breathtaking with a plethora of amenities. Most important, Ivan the host… was exceptionally hospitable. Not to mention the neighbors were also nice to my family and I. We also traveled with our two little dogs who felt right at home in their two cages. This property is number one on our list for Hampton,Virginia! ❤️❤️❤️

The space was very welcoming and the hosts were amazing! It was just what we needed to welcome our sailors home from a long deployment. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, the fire pit and string lights were great for us to sit around and catch up. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again!

Nickie’s place was in the perfect location, clean and beautifully decorated, everything you need for a great weekend at the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and perfect walking distance to the Buckroe Beach Boardwalk. My family, and I truly enjoyed ourselves, and we will definitely look to stay at Nicki’s place again.

Family vacation for almost a week and everyone loved it! We definitely recommend families to come to the Blue Octopus for their next visit to Ocean View-Willoughby Spit. Friendly, clean and with all the amenities for the whole family.

We stayed at this Hampton Airbnb with our family of 9, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for when bringing our whole family together under one roof. The layout of the home allowed for both togetherness and privacy when needed, which made our stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable. There was a delay with check-in, as the home was still being cleaned past the 4 PM check-in time. We weren’t able to enter until after 6 PM, which caused a bit of an inconvenience, especially since our guests had no place to leave their bags while we waited. However, I did reach out to Callon and notified him of the situation. Despite the delayed check-in, we truly had a wonderful stay and appreciated the comfort and space the home provided. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb for larger families or groups looking to spend time together in a cozy and well-equipped home.

Loved my stay at this location. The place was clean, on a quiet street, and exactly how it looks in the photos. Its close by shopping and grocery stores etc. I would absolutely stay here again. The host even went out of their way to help me solve an issue before check in. The host is amazing, I'm really happy I picked this location. 10/10 experience for me.
