Placé dans le bourg, à peine à 10 minutes à pieds du débarcadère. Confort très agréable pour passer un court séjour sur l'île et véritable refuge pour les familles avec enfants. Pas de vue dégagée, mais petit extérieur à l'ombre pour prendre les repas à l'abri du soleil et des nuisances. Les voisins sont proches et présents, mais discrets. 2 chambres à coucher 1 séjour 1 salle de bains et 1 WC Une cuisine entièrement équipée. A deux pas de la belle plage du Fond du Curé, et des commodités.
