House holiday rentals in Hammond

This place was amazing. Easy to find, plenty of room for everyone, well equipped kitchen. The pool, hot tub and sauna is what we all needed and enjoyed. The weather was great everyday of our stay. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Received quick responses from them with our questions. Thank you again for a great week!!!

We had to come to town for a family emergency, and Ivianna allowed us to extend our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious—just the oasis we needed to rest between family events. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious. I loved the unique golf card experiences; we even saw a few gators. Ivianna was the best host, communicative, and replied to any issues quickly. I left a previous review since we extended the stay, but I would recommend it and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures don’t capture how wonderful and spacious the property was. My daughter had the best birthday jumping in the pool! And there was a bonus 2 beds so there was space everyone. I grumpily enjoyed this stay and will definitely stay again if we travel back to visit family.

Our stay at Melindas place exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and she provided so many little things that made a big difference. Everything we could have needed was there. She was a wonderful host and provided even the smallest details. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Thanks for everything Melinda.

The house was outstanding, it is even better than it looks in the listing. The pool and outdoor area are great for a large group, outdoor kitchen and grill are great, and the main living area is also great for movies and entertaining. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby that also worked very well for a large group. Kelly and his team were super responsive to every question we had and everything we needed, they made the whole experience even better. Would definitely return.

This little green house is small but so cozy and perfect for a weekend get away. It is set on a beautiful piece of property that is private, yet not isolated. We very much enjoyed both the amenities of the house itself as well as fishing in the pond, thanks to the very well equipped fishing supplies on site. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a small meal, the bedroom is cozy and comfortable, and the decor is very cute. We cannot wait to stay here again!

The place was absolutely beautiful! We had the best time not only at the house but with people who were staying in the neighborhood! Everyone was friendly and fun to be around. I recommend going to Jody’s snow and ice down the road, it was amazing as well! Overall a great experience and great host!

Brian was absolutely amazing to deal with we traveled down from New Hampshire for a powerboat event called the TicFaw 200 he had more amenities then we could ever ask for at the house. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our boat right out front of the house! I would 10/10 recommend this location.

This listing was even better than pictured. It was absolutely gorgeous and meticulously clean. It is a little far from food and shops so I would encourage you to stop before arriving. However, I would definitely revisit!

Our stay was great. It’s a bit off the beaten path. My kids loved looking for gators and other wildlife out back. It’s in the swamp so expect some bugs to be around, but nothing that isn’t manageable! Loved the place and would stay here again and recommend to others! Brandi was a very responsive host as well

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed! The house was spotless! Clean everything! Yes they live there on occasion but It felt just like home! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer/ cleaner place! Although the home is lived in and may have a few dings here and there from the dogs it is up to date with everything! AMAZING PORCH! With dog gate! IT IS A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE! And I absolutely love that! It was fairly close to everything you needed. But far enough out no one was bothering you. I’m funny where I stay and the cleanliness of a place I lay my head but this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Yes it is a double wide trailer but it feels just like a home! I would say it is a very safe place!

We love booking Ms. Susie’s place. Being there so close to our family, feels like a home away from home. The artwork that she has done is displayed throughout the home and it truly adds that extra something special to the cozy vibe. Booking a stay at the Core Homestead will not disappoint!! Our family will most definitely book there for our return visits to see family.

Amazingly peaceful weekend retreat which was exactly what we were looking for. All questions were answered quickly and completely. Boat house over the water gave us plenty of room to entertain ourselves and some family. Highly recommended!

Place was very nice kid friendly. Spacious. We were visiting family for a day was a really nice place to stay at owner was very responsive to all my questions.

Definitely will recommend to anyone I know going to be staying in the area. I would definitely stay again if I'm needing a place to stay in the Hammond area again!

We had such a wonderful time at John and Karen’s place. They are wonderful people and great hosts. We had an amazing time with them as they took us around Madisonville, showing us a few great spots. Their place is so beautiful and relaxing. It’s magical. We came from California so staying here was an adventure, so different from what we are used to. We fell in love with Madisonville. Thank you John and Karen for being so attentive and welcoming. We can’t say enough and you guys and your beautiful property. Can’t wait to be back for a visit or maybe be neighbors. Felt right at home. It was a wonderful experience.

The house was incredibly peaceful and we felt both safe and at home in the neighborhood. Ponchatoula is a great little town and this house was just as great. We would definitely not consider staying anywhere else if this home was available. We will be passing the information on to friends who visit Hammond/Ponchatoula regularly.

We were in town for the Strawberry Festival in Ponchatoula. This was the perfect location to stay. We were close to Ponchatoula, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities.
