Kate and Dave’s house on Hess Lake was lovely. Very relaxing and spacious. Hess Lake has always been a home away from home, so staying here was extra special. Thank you Kate and Dave for a wonderful few days!

Cute house with a nice backyard area! Host is very proactive with communication and consistently encourages you to reach out if you need anything. Very easy to check-in and locate items throughout the house.

Such a cute, peaceful place! The hot tub was wonderful, and the home was cozy and well decorated. Would definitely recommend, the hose was so responsive and so sweet!

We had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described - clean, stylish, and cozy. It was an ideal location, close enough to shops, restaurants, and trails, but still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. Would recommend!

I went to Michigan to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Frankfort and this place was perfect! It has plenty of beds/ sofa options and was big enough to host a family pasta dinner! Great location right in town in Beulah we could walk to restaurants and shops! And it ended up being only 15 minutes from the race which was great! Grocery stores were an easy 5 minute drive as well.

We used the home for an annual ladies only get away, it was relaxing, beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful hot tub, our host was very responsive to messages, I would recommend it to anyone and will consider it again for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great time. It is a wonderful house and a lot of great memories were made. Fun for all ages! My husband and I are in our 40’s, two 20 year olds (our son and his girlfriend), a 16 year old (son), my sister and her husband who are in their 30’s and their 3 month old son. We had pinball tournaments, Godzilla was our favorite, grilled out, made smores at the fire pit, played in the pool and relaxed in the warm bath and hot tub. We rented UTV’s at Silver lake, went to the Ludington North Breakwater Lighthouse, went mini-golfing and go carting at AJ’s, ate and bowled at Stix, and walked around the shops in Ludington. The Coffee Coup’s Golden Egg is a must have for coffee lovers! Thank you, Carolyn, for letting us stay in your beautifully time warped 70’s home!

Kathleen was a very responsive and communicated well. Her place was exactly as described in the description. It was a very nice cabin, perfect for a couple families to enjoy themselves without being right on top of each other. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day on the ski hill! Would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for such a nice cabin and great experience!

Our family/ pups enjoyed staying here! The place was clean and spacious! We enjoyed the fire pit each night! It was a very joyful family vacation!

Great spot, exactly what we needed! It’s small and cozy, in a quiet area 10-15 minutes drive from anything you need. Smooth check in, clean spot, had whatever amenities you could think of. One thing: If you are taller than me (6’4) you may have some trouble with the bathroom. I made it work but were I an inch taller I wouldn’t have been able to fit for certain activities 😂

We lo ved our stay at the cottage. Spider Lake is lovely and very relaxing. Nikki was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely want to book it again .

Great place to get away for the weekend, super close to Frankfort and Traverse City for some day trips and a great place to hang out for the night! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

We were in Pentwater for a wedding and this property was perfect for our stay. Convenient to the downtown and in a nice neighborhood everything was as described in the listing. The owners were very professional and courteous, and the communication was excellent..

Great place for a night in Frankfort. Easy to walk downtown for groceries, restaurants, etc. It's such a cute little cottage tucked away in a nice neighborhood. We had a great dinner at Stormcloud Brewing and a tasty breakfast at L'Chayim Deli. I would definitely try to stay here again if I was passing through Frankfort for a night or more.

My friend and I had a great time staying at this cottage on Little Platte Lake. The cottage was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were nice and the kitchen had a modern fridge and gas stove. The cottage is in a great location with great views and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in northwestern Michigan!

Tucked away in a quiet rural setting, it’s the kind of place that immediately makes you feel welcome and at ease. Everything about it is homey—from the cute nautical theme to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The large deck is perfect for a cup of coffee with birds serenading, views of wildlife, and fresh air. The fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows, stargazing ( northern lights), or just relaxing with a glass of wine and good conversation Highly recommended for a restful, charming getaway.

This is my favorite place for a get away/retreat. The lake view is spectacular. It's great for walking, swimming and biking. There's no light pollution so you can see the constellations after dark. The 3 level house is spacious, but cozy; a wonderful place for a family with kids and grandparents. Instructions and expectations are completely clear, and Loretta and Zach respond quickly to questions. It's a pleasure to work with them and enjoy the beautiful setting of their lovely lake home.

Saturday morning on the water was absolutely picture-perfect—calm, serene, and stunningly beautiful. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, fun, and peaceful retreat by the lake!

This was an absolute stunning place to stay! We enjoyed being on the lake and it felt cozy inside the home. Sleeping bear dunes was close. I’d definitely book a stay here again.

Just want to thank you again. We had such an amazing stay at the cabin, beautiful scenery. The spot was exactly what I was looking for. Jason kept in contact whenever needed and even gave me some great recommendations on local spots. Amazing trout fishing, always love making trips to MI. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s place. It was a beautiful lake setting with fabulous sunset views! It was very peaceful and walkable. She had everything you would need for a stay. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed s’mores on the back deck by the lake. The country drive there was also neat with many beautiful farm lands. We would definitely stay again!

The property had the lakeshore charm with an absolutely beautiful view! The beach was unbeatable, with soft sand and gorgeous sunsets. The cottage was clean and quaint, perfect for 3 or 4 people, and served our needs well. The cottages are a tad close together, which could potentially be loud if they are all full, but we had no problems with neighbors, noise, or traffic. We'd definitely stay here again to enjoy the beach in the summer.
