A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor it has about 50 m2 and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower, the apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and Marschlande directly at Lake Oortkaten with surf and swimming facilities. Public transport and an Edeka are within walking distance in 10 minutes,travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Washing machine and dryer can also be used by arrangement.

Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Der Eingang ist separat über eine Stahltreppe von außen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt eine Station bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. Zu Fuß geht man 12 Minuten. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn fahren alle 10 Minuten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Out into the country! Huus Utspann will be your new favorite place. It's like "coming home," confirmed the guests who have already spent some time in this cozy house. The traffic-calmed center of Ramelsloh is quiet and yet conveniently located on the BAB A7 and on the highway A1, 20 km south of Hamburg. If you love nature and want to visit the beautiful city, this is the place to be. The nearby bathing pond with the best water quality is very popular with young and old.

Very nice 126 sqm old building apartment in Hamburg's most beautiful district (Winterhude) with garden! Just a 5-minute walk from the Outer Alster; shopping, restaurants and a bus station are in the immediate vicinity. Both bedrooms face the rear courtyard and ensure a quiet and relaxing sleep. A large bathroom with a large shower, a bidet and a toilet as well as a second smaller toilet. Two beautiful living rooms with balcony facing the garden.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
