Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

The surroundings offer many attractions: Eltz Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Moselle Loop, beautiful dream trails for hiking. Ideal for mountain biking, bicycles and motorcyclists anyway. The direct highway connection of the A48 offers a fast connection to beautiful places in the area such as Cochem, Beilstein, Moselschleife, Mayen, Eifelmaare, Nürburgring, Hängeseilbrücke, Bürresheim Castle. The apartment with private entrance is accessible via a separate external staircase of 16 steps.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

*Our apartment is on the first floor of a former farm in the tranquil Eifeldorf view near Monreal. The location on the outskirts offers peace and fantastic views. It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Moselle, the Maare can be reached quickly.

Our cozy and atmospheric apartment is ideally located for the two fantastic areas of Moselle and Eifel. The accommodation is characterized by its spacious and modern interior design. The idyllic relaxing place is quiet, close to nature and yet not far from the highway. The apartment is good for couples and families (up to 4 people and baby). In the same house is our accommodation "Landhaus Elztal" since June 2024.

Around the Eifelhaus there are grocery stores, a local museum, small boutiques and a large playground. The Eifelhaus offers enough space for up to 4 people. An additional bed is easily possible after consultation.

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und 2025 renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können.
