友人との釣り旅行の拠点として3日間利用させていただきました。 チェックイン前のやり取りもスムーズで、こちらの希望を聞き入れて下さり、丁寧な対応でありがたかったです。 設備も整っており、非常に清潔でセキュリティ面でも安心できました。 また、目の前の道路を渡ればすぐに海で、少し車を走らせれば伊東や川奈にもアクセスしやすく立地も恵まれた環境だと思います。 近くにコンビニや飲食店もあり、オススメを掲載したメモを用意してくれます。 非常に快適な旅を過ごせましたので、トータルで星5とさせていただきましたが、個人的には星5以上の満足度でした。

Had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent！Just a 3-minute walk from the station. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from the train station, which made it super easy to get around. The place itself is spotless, modern, and very well-maintained, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special was Natori—she is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Everything was smooth from check in, finding the location. Sun was a very responsive host so dont hesitate to ask about anything. The beds and futtons were extremely comfortable. The place was clean and extra point for girlies because there are curling irons provided. The location is very near from Ikeshita Station. Had memorable stay there and definitely would recommend for anybody looking a place to stay in Nagoya.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

Le logement est comme indiqué sur l’annoncé, assez spacieux pour deux personnes avec de grandes valises. Le logement est bien situé par rapport à la gare et au métro. L’hôte est d’une extrême rapidité pour les délais de réponse ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande pour y rester quelques nuits.

This was a great location for our visit to Ghibli Park. The host’s instructions were very clear with helpful pictures as the location would be hard to identify without the pictures. The host immediately responded when I had questions about the AC unit and washing machine. The place was clean and well organized and in a great neighborhood- we got breakfast fr the French bakery at the station and 7-eleven was right behind the place. Super convenient!

Chie was an outstanding host. Her attention to detail and providing much more than your average Airbnb was impressive. Upon arrival, we made the mistake of having no water in the humid heat, but she provided us with water bottles; which saved us until we had the ability to go to the nearby grocery store. She also left personal touches, such as a heartfelt note and little gifts. It made us feel like we were personally welcomed by someone who genuinely cared for us. I would never hesitate to stay in her home, time and time again. She also kindly dropped us off at the local station as we headed out to our next destination. Thank you so much Chie. For going above and beyond! It is much appreciated 🫶🏼

下田の祭やイベントを楽しむには、とても便利な立地！ 部屋にお風呂は無いけれど、近くに銭湯があるし、今回は車で10分のホテルの早朝日帰り温泉を利用。最高の休日でした！

写真通りきれいな部屋でした。 5人で滞在し、BBQを楽しむことができました。

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage. Großes Bett, kleiner Balkon mit Wäschestange - sehr praktisch zum Trocknen (Waschmaschine vorhanden)! Flexibler Check-in war kein Problem, Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend, vielen Dank! Bahnhof und Autovermietung (Toyota) in Fussnähe - für uns sehr praktisch, da wir uns ein Auto für 1 Tag gemietet haben, um nach Magome und Tsumago zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

子連れでの滞在でしたが、これまで泊まった中で一番快適なお部屋でした！清潔感のあるお部屋で、家具や照明もセンスが良くとてもリラックスできました。 特に感動したのはキングサイズのロータイプベッド。寝返りしても余裕がある広さで、小さな子どもと添い寝しても安心でした。 子ども向けの設備がとても充実していて、ハイチェア、子ども用の食器、絵本やおもちゃ、ベビーソープまで用意されていたのが本当にありがたかったです。Funekoさんのこういう細やかな気配りのおかげで、荷物が多い子連れ旅も快適に過ごすことができました。 子連れファミリーやグループ旅行の方に、おすすめできるお宿です！

We needed a place for six people and wanted to see the Wedded Rocks / Meoto Iwa. This for the bill! Hiro-san gave us a weather warning and, sure enough, there was a lot of rain. It was nice to have a warm place to stay after a very wet walk to the rocks. Hiro-san messaged promptly and was very responsive about checkon timing. We didn't have many questions, but I think he would've been great at that, too. FYI that the local restaurants are mostly family owned, so it is nice to call ahead if you can, especially in bad weather. If you need a place for a group stay, this one works well.

名古屋の中心地に位置し、周りで遊んでからすぐに帰れる好立地な宿でした。ホストの方も優しく、丁寧に説明をしてくれたおかげで快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

I have lost count of how many times I’ve returned to にゃん’s place. When I’m in Nagoya, this is home to me. If it’s your first time, にゃんwill help you through. If you’ve been here before, you’ll discover something new. As much as I love the layout of the space, as much as I love the neighborhood, what I said so many years ago still rings true — the true beauty of staying here is how much the host cares to make your stay in Nagoya comfortable. That said, don’t abuse them. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me over the years. And even if you’re here for just a week, remember you’re here to enjoy your time, and I hope you’ll consider the work they put in to ensure your time is enjoyable.

We had a great time at Uemura’s place. Clean, good location, Nice apartment. Very spacious also we had one rainy day but didn’t bother ! Good Size TV in each room. Total of 3 TVs!! Would love to come back to this place!!

지하철도 가깝고 슈퍼, 편의점도 근처에 있어요. 깨끗하고 좋아요.

1.物件は道路の傍に見易いです、部屋内部や布団などはとても清潔です。 2.チェックイン、チェックアウトは簡単、警察防犯エリアので安全性は高いです。 3.近くにコンビニがある、夫婦岩へ歩いて8分ぐらい、海岸の西側に二見バーベキューがある、焼き物を食べながら海の景色を見るのを楽しかった。 4.翌日、鳥羽へ観光に行くのは便利 5.HIROさんは優しくいろいろなことを説明くれました。 宿泊はおすすめです！
