This was an excellent stay for our family. The home was clean and comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk from the train station with a good handful of restaurants nearby and a wonderful view of the ocean from the kitchen windows. The hosts were always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Usami is a lovely, quiet little town, and the train station makes other attractions in the area fairly accessible. Staying here was a very special experience, and I recommend it for anyone who wants to take it slow for a few days.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent！Just a 3-minute walk from the station. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

Overall comfortable stay, it is also very close to the subway station, in addition to the luggage to go up to the second floor, it is a bit impeccable. If you come to Nagoya again next time, I will stay there.

Everything was smooth from check in, finding the location. Sun was a very responsive host so dont hesitate to ask about anything. The beds and futtons were extremely comfortable. The place was clean and extra point for girlies because there are curling irons provided. The location is very near from Ikeshita Station. Had memorable stay there and definitely would recommend for anybody looking a place to stay in Nagoya.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

The accommodation is as indicated in the listing, spacious enough for two people with large suitcases. The accommodation is well located in relation to the train station and metro. The host is extremely quick with response times, which is very appreciable. I recommend staying there for a few nights.

This was a great location for our visit to Ghibli Park. The host’s instructions were very clear with helpful pictures as the location would be hard to identify without the pictures. The host immediately responded when I had questions about the AC unit and washing machine. The place was clean and well organized and in a great neighborhood- we got breakfast fr the French bakery at the station and 7-eleven was right behind the place. Super convenient!

Chie was an outstanding host. Her attention to detail and providing much more than your average Airbnb was impressive. Upon arrival, we made the mistake of having no water in the humid heat, but she provided us with water bottles; which saved us until we had the ability to go to the nearby grocery store. She also left personal touches, such as a heartfelt note and little gifts. It made us feel like we were personally welcomed by someone who genuinely cared for us. I would never hesitate to stay in her home, time and time again. She also kindly dropped us off at the local station as we headed out to our next destination. Thank you so much Chie. A very convenient location for enjoying Shimoda festivals and events! There is no bath in the room, but there is a public bath nearby, and this time I used the hotel's early morning return hot spring, which is 10 minutes away by car.It was a great holiday!

The room was as beautiful as the photos. 5 people stayed and enjoyed the BBQ.

Clean and well-equipped apartment in a quiet yet central location. Large bed, small balcony with laundry rod - very practical for drying (washing machine available)! Flexible check-in was no problem, host very accommodating, thank you! Train station and car rental (Toyota) within walking distance - very convenient for us, as we rented a car for 1 day to go to Magome and Tsumago. We felt very comfortable.

I was staying with my child, but it was the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in!It was a clean room, and the furniture and lighting were tasteful, so I was able to relax. I was particularly impressed by the king-size low bed.It was spacious enough to turn over, and I felt comfortable sleeping with my small child. I was really grateful that there were so many facilities for children, including high chairs, children's dishes, picture books, toys, and even baby soap.Thanks to Funeko's thoughtful attention, I was able to have a comfortable trip with my child and a lot of luggage. This is a great place to stay for families with children and group travelers!

We needed a place for six people and wanted to see the Wedded Rocks / Meoto Iwa. This for the bill! Hiro-san gave us a weather warning and, sure enough, there was a lot of rain. It was nice to have a warm place to stay after a very wet walk to the rocks. Hiro-san messaged promptly and was very responsive about checkon timing. We didn't have many questions, but I think he would've been great at that, too. FYI that the local restaurants are mostly family owned, so it is nice to call ahead if you can, especially in bad weather. If you need a place for a group stay, this one works well.

I have lost count of how many times I’ve returned to にゃん’s place. When I’m in Nagoya, this is home to me. If it’s your first time, にゃんwill help you through. If you’ve been here before, you’ll discover something new. As much as I love the layout of the space, as much as I love the neighborhood, what I said so many years ago still rings true — the true beauty of staying here is how much the host cares to make your stay in Nagoya comfortable. That said, don’t abuse them. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me over the years. And even if you’re here for just a week, remember you’re here to enjoy your time, and I hope you’ll consider the work they put in to ensure your time is enjoyable.

We had a great time at Uemura’s place. Clean, good location, Nice apartment. Very spacious also we had one rainy day but didn’t bother ! Good Size TV in each room. Total of 3 TVs!! Would love to come back to this place!!

The subway is close, supermarkets, and convenience stores are nearby. Clean and nice.

1. The property is easy to see by the road, and the interior of the room, futons, etc. are very clean. 2. Check-in and check-out are easy, and it is safe because of the police security area. 3. There is a convenience store nearby, about an 8-minute walk to the couple's rock, about an 8-minute walk to the couple's rock, and there is a futon barbecue on the west side of the coast, and I enjoyed watching the ocean view while eating grilled food on the west side of the coast. 4. Convenient to go sightseeing to Toba the next day 5. Hiro was kind enough to explain everything. I recommend staying here!
