House with spa, lovely garden and only 7 km to the beach.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Beautiful house that was renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has plenty of space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a romantic weekend. There are many wonderful amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as a lounge area. Family summer house in the woods by the water with jacuzzi

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Welcome to our summerhouse, where you can enjoy the spa or wilderness bath in beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet. In the garden there is a play tower, swings, shelter, fire pit and ball court. Houses are 400 meters from the fjord, where shipping to Aalborg passes close by. Note: You must bring your own bed linen and sheets. (can be rented) You have to clean yourself after the stay, otherwise you can buy cleaning. Electricity costs DKK 3 per kWh, settled after a stay.
