Large villa near Karlstad City and beach

Nice house in quiet residential area close to Karlstad City, proximity to Löfberg's purple Arena. With us, you rent a well-planned fresh villa with large social areas. Large terrace with roof for lovely hanging. Free parking and wi-fi. On the second floor you will find the living room and four of the house's bedrooms with a total of five beds with the possibility to put in more mattresses. For the larger groups, we also have a smaller apartment on the lower floor with an entrance from the garden with two beds kitchen and bathroom.

Luxury cottage, wood-fired sauna, close to nature, electric car cable

Luxury renovated cottage with sauna (wood included), wood stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer, crystal chandelier etc. Well-equipped kitchen! Quiet location - see photots! Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bicycles. We want guests to roughly clean - i.e. do the dishes, empty garbage and sweep up rubbish. Check out 11.00 and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can for a small fee (300 SEK) come earlier in the day - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).

Welcome to a fantastic summer house by lake Möckeln, with an idyllic location! Our house was expanded in 2022 and is fully renovated and fresh about 250 sqm on three floors. It offers a beach plot with a sun dock and a raft with motor, 7 bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms and several living rooms and not least a lovely patio as well as a wood-fired sauna down by the lake. Here you can comfortably stay 1-3 families! We have a cat named Pixie that we usually take away from the house when renting.

OUR SMALL (large) PARADISE !!!!!

Totally renovated house The place have a private sandbeach, and You have about 4000m2 private plot. You can easily park 3 cars in the driveway. Its a perfect place for families. You can swim, fish, using a boat in the big lake. Its 5 km to the small town Filipstad, with restaurants, shops, etc. Notice that bedroom number 4 are a small cottage by the waterfront, with 4 beds :) Welcome to a small paradise :-)
