Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

we loved staying here! everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the photos, plus you can’t beat the location! the beach was right across the street and walking distance to coffee, shops, food, etc. evan was super responsive and gave very clear, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. highly recommend for your next beach trip!! ☀️

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

My team had a wonderful time at Stefan's place! The ocean views are magical and the house is very spacious. Incredible spot about an hour away from SF and Palo Alto. Stefan was very communicative and friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. Very clear house rules. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful, well-decorated, immaculate and perfect!! You can not find this kind of place anywhere else. We had a wedding venue and it was indeed walkable to the event venue and lots of restaurants. The area is very pretty and quiet. Nancy was very attentive, always responded within a few minutes and gave us her undivided attention. I highly recommend this place for you and your family if you are at Half Moon Bay!

It's a lovely house, clean and spacious. Perfect for large group gatherings, this home features a spacious kitchen and dining area, two living rooms, a sunroom, and an outside deck with a gorgeous view. John is very responsive, quickly providing us with the additional paper towel we need.

You cannot beat the view. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Terry was friendly and quick with communication.

Great host, great place for peace and relaxation but close to San Francisco, and right at the beach. highly recommend!!!

Stayed at Judy's place for three nights for the last part of our California vacation. The house is an easy drive from San Francisco (30-40 min, depending on traffic) so we got a chance to hang out at the Golden Gate park and do all the usual touristy things at Presidio (Pier 39, the GG bridge itself, etc.), but it also gave us a chance to explore some beautiful local places. Montara State Beach is small but nice; there are a lot of convenient overlooks and parking on the way to SF where one could stop and hike down to the beach and watch the dolphins (we saw a pod swimming by one day). Do visit the JV Fitzgerald marine reserve if you have time - it's only a 5 min drive, and it has a bunch of harbor seals hanging around! We saw about 40 adult seals and several pups, both as they were lounging on the beach and "porpoising" in the ocean. The house itself is pleasant, the garden is small but beautiful, and Judy is a very helpful and responsive host who made our stay very pleasant.

We had a really lovely time staying here. This home has very nice open layout with lots of windows and beautifully decorated. It was peaceful, quiet and only a 5 block walk down the hill to restaurants. The downstairs bedroom was really private and like a suite with a walk in closet, it's own living room and 2 bathrooms. Two couples or 2 sets of guests have nice privacy since the 2 bedrooms are on different floors. The outdoor jacuzzi was a nice plus, as was the small unit in the backyard with yoga mats and a sofa - i did my pilates there every morning. The was initially an issue with the jacuzzi but the host was extremely quick to respond and to get it addressed. We really appreciated their responsiveness. I'm an airbnb homeowner myself so I know sometimes things don't always work even with best laid plans and regular maintenance!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The location was perfect and very walkable to the coastal trail/beach as well as downtown. The cottage was perfect for our family and really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor space (and the kids toys!) Joelle was a fantastic host with prompt communication and accommodations. Would definitely come back again, highly recommended!

I did a 5-night staycation at Sarah’s and it was delightful. 10-min walk to the pier, beach and great restaurants. Stunning location. Well stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Felt right at home!

This stay was beautiful, Raj & Monika were very helpful and communicative with us. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to help solve it. The view was amazing as well and the restaurants nearby were wonderful. 10/10!

This place was incredible. Both the view and home and location were better than described. Had one small issue with bugs, and Randy and maintenance responded quickly and took care of the issue on the same day. Very professional. Also, let us check in several hours early so we could recharge after a long flight.

Lovely cottage just two blocks from downtown! Super cute antique decor with a modernized kitchen. The bed were soooooo comfy! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops, local organic grocery and of course the ocean! The home is clean and new, with plenty of windows for good natural light. The garden in the backyard and small lawn in the front offer beautiful outdoor space. I stayed for a few days at the end of May when the lemon tree was still in full bloom-- sweet fragrance and fresh lemons! Gi'Angelo and Sharon were perfect remote hosts-- friendly, helpful and always responsive. Would absolutely recommend this space.

The bungalow itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly nestled in nature. The stunning seaside views, colorful tide pools, and sightings of whales, seals, and other wildlife made every moment feel magical. Kim’s local insight into trails, sights, and hidden gems only added to the experience. The Sea Wolf Bungalow will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I feel incredibly grateful for the memories made there and for the chance to get to know Kim.
