Exceptional accommodation designed by the owner, an architect himself. Great spaces with equipment and design like from a magazine. Very warm and gifted chef 👨‍🍳 with personal care who fulfilled every wish and conjured up a magnificent birthday breakfast! If possible, it is worth taking a room on the upper floor, the view of sunset and rising clouds is fantastic. All in all a memorable stay, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Fantastic view and friendly staff! We enjoy walking so the location was great for us, and it’s easy to take a tuk tuk if needed. The area is a bit noisy, there was construction going on during the day but we didn’t find it bothersome in the evenings so we could get rest. The breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and the omelette it was what we needed.

This place is paradise! We stayed in a Forest Pavilion for three nights and loved every moment. The surrounding forest on the property was idillic and the private waterfall felt like a dream! All the Living Heritage staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved getting to know Sujeewa (chef) during our cooking class. We’d definitely recommend spending a few nights here if you’re looking to relax, unplug and be surrounded by beautiful nature.

This place is one of my favourites places on Airbnb. It has a breathtaking view to every room in the resort . Our room was tidy and very spacious which made our stay more comfortable. Staff is very responsive and helpful . Specially, Mr. Kushan is very friendly and keeping our stay smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to who is looking for a calm and relaxed place with a nice view to spent their holiday.

We stayed at this cute little bed and breakfast for 2 nights. Chamila was extremely helpful and enriched our stay with ideas and tips. The staff on site are extremely helpful and warm, even the meals are fantastic! The place is quite remote, but we felt comfortable there from the beginning. The open shower was also a cool experience. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our 2-night stay at Villa Joy! We're a Dutch couple and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The scenic tuktuk ride through tea fields (booked via Villa Joy) was bumpy at the end, but totally worth it — the mountain views are breathtaking. Waking up to birdsong and coffee on the terrace felt magical. The cooking class with Sakura and her warm team was a true highlight — fun, hands-on, and super tasty! The room was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated with flowers. Excellent communication before and during our stay made everything easy. We left feeling recharged and cared for. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!
