The Farm stay is really good for friends gathering or for any other holiday vacation. The host was really polite, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in this private farm land property.

Have been there for 3 nights with 7 yrs kid and 2 dogs. Trip was mainly for the pets, hence did not have plans for sightseeing. Let’s start with the Cons: Actually NOTHING!! All pictures (posted on site) are genuine. Location is very close to Dubare (max 5 min drive). Kushalnagar town is max 10-12 KM. Couple of improvements we can suggest. a. A refrigerator would be very helpful for travellers like us. b. Couple of cooking utensils would be great adding to the beautiful kitchen. Bharath has helped us immediately. Now the Pros: 1. PRIVATE, SECURE, and CLOSE to many places. OUT of noise-pollution. 2. Perfect place for FAMILY get together. 3. House is very clean and neat. Ample of sun lights and fresh air. 4. House is located close to city. 5. Finally, Mr. Bharat is very gentle, supportive and humble person. He is always there whenever you require any support/help. We would like to say THANK YOU Bharat. It was truly an amazing experience and surely will meet frequently.

Very beautiful location with a river nearby. The cottage gave rustic vibes and the food service present was also good enough. The drawbacks would be the non functional showers in one of the washroom and the mattresses as well were old and worn out. A kitchen inside the cottage just for making tea etc should have been there But overall a good experience as the location and the rustic cottage made up for the shortfalls

The family enjoyed a two-day stay characterized by a pleasant atmosphere, access to hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. A quality restaurant is conveniently located nearby. Notable attractions include B.R. Hills at 32 km, Barachukki Waterfalls at 23 km, Talakadu at 17 km, and P.G. Paalya Safari at 29 km.

We rcently stayed at this property and found it to be exactly as shown in the pictures. The aesthetics are beautiful, and the surroundings are peaceful. The cook is decent, and the staff is helpful, which made my stay quite pleasant. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The communication from the host was slow and often unclear, especially regarding food options. This led to some confusion during my stay. I would recommend updating the listing page to provide clearer information about the food options available. Additionally, the listing mentioned that the property has three bathrooms, which was a key reason for choosing this place as we had a nanny traveling with us. Unfortunately, the third bathroom was being used by the cook, which was not mentioned beforehand. This caused some inconvenience. Lastly, it would be helpful to have some directional signs or boards placed about 500 meters away from the property to guide guests as they approach.

Extraordinary experience!! The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and the owner was always available at any time for support. The view from terrace is very beautiful. Best value for money hotel.
