　The house is located in the rural area of Satoyama, 24 km from the center of Kanazawa and 40 minutes by car.Fukui's Dinosaur Museum is an hour over the White Mountains, and Gifu's Shirakawa-go is an hour and a half away.Four cars are possible if you park well.There are cycling roads nearby that run through the Teatori River and the foothills of Mt. Hakusan, a large and quiet park where you can walk, and two day-use hot springs are a minute's drive away.It is a 7-minute drive to convenience stores and drug stores, and 3 minutes to a food supermarket.Basic condiments and rice are prepared in the house. 　During the day (not at night) you can B BQ in the garden.It is an additional fee, but we will prepare a set of charcoal and tools.(1000 yen for up to 4 people, 2000 yen for 5-8 people) Reservations can be made by the day before, and the price can be canceled on the day of check-in by cash at check-out.B B Q and bicycles (4 free insurance) can be rented from 13: 00 before check-in.In the summer, you can also harvest and eat vegetables in the fields.It's free of charge. 　No smoking in the house, no grilled meat using the tabletop cassette stove or hot plate.Fireworks should be closed by around 9 o'clock at night. 　There is a little detail in the "Guidebook by the Host" about places to eat and tourist information.

ひぐらし山荘 This is a private rental guest house in Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture, known as ◾️Kutani Ware Sato.Please relax while looking at the Japanese garden in a quiet Satoyama surrounded by nature. Please also use it for hiking to Mt. Kokozo, or the base of climbing mountains such as Mt. Hakusa and Mt. Kannon. We provide a ◾️2-burner IH stove, microwave, electronic kettle, pots, dishes, silverware, etc.You can also BBQ outside (please read "Property" section for details). It is about a 5-minute drive to "Tataguchi Onsen" called ◾️Kanazawa's Okuzashiki.Enjoy hot springs and foot baths.The Ishikawa Zoo and Adventure Garden Nomi are also very close, so it is also recommended for families. There is free ◾️parking (about 4 cars can be parked).If you are arriving by bicycle, you will be put in the front porch or in the storage room. It can also be snowy in the ◾️winter.You may be able to see the white dyed garden as you enter the kotatsu! It is about a 20-minute drive from ◾️Komatsu Station and Komatsu Airport, and about 40 minutes from Kanazawa Station.We can pick you up and drop you off at Komatsu Station or Nomi City tourist facilities (up to 3 people can ride), please let us know at time of booking.

A historical old house lodge "Kusanoniwa"

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.
