This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Although the room was initially a bit hot due to having only one air conditioner, and the washing machine was not functioning, the staff handled everything with exceptional professionalism. They were courteous, responsive, and genuinely attentive — promptly installing an additional AC unit and arranging a technician to fix the washing machine. Their thoughtful service made me feel well cared for throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming and explore local dining options. Despite the early issues, everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to return in the future. A well-deserved 5-star experience.

I loved spending time in Kevin's place - the place was perfect, we enjoyed every minute we spent there :) Kevin was the best host ever! he was always so supportive and helped us in various situation! I'd love to visit danang again and if I visit here again, I'd first come to Kevin! thanks so much!!

Babylon is located behind Babylon Garden Spa. Situated across the beach, about maximum a 10mins walk if you stroll. Hotel can give you beach towels! Surrounded by lots of roadside stalls, cafe and marts. The room was spotless and clean, had pots & pans, water kettle and a fridge. Note it doesn’t come with a microwave. Bathroom is clean, heater is consistently good. All the receptionists were very friendly and hospitable, I had a severe case of food poisoning and the receptionist called the ambulance for me. After discharge, the entire service team constantly checked on us asking if I was feeling better and needed food. Since it was linked to the spa, you get a discount! There’s free washer & dryer with powder up at the roof top. There’s also a nice pool. Also has resident dog and cats!!

Быстрое заселение. Подробные инструкции. Владелец очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Все в номере аккуратно. Постельное белье белое - на самом деле было белое без пятен И так далее. Постороннего запаха так же не было. Кухня полностью функционирует и имеется вытяжка. Иногда бывает шумно, но это скорее из-за соседей. В целом очень рекомендую. Приятное место, если вы хотите остановиться на пару дней или неделю. Кстати, очень хороший wifi.

The nicest and kindest airbnb staff and host that I have encountered. They gave me a very good customer experience. They were very flexible, friendly. I will love to return.

Good location, near the river and the night market. Clean and easy to access. Phú was also reactive by messages and gave us a motorcycle recommandation. I would just suggested to fix the hole in the bathroom's ceiling, but the rest was nice!

Nice small studio, suitable for two, the best for couple. It has really big windows, where you can enjoy the views to the river and city. The dragon bridge is a 30min walking distance, which is great for enjoying at evening fire show at weekends and night market! At main entrance there’s a coffee shop with great coffee. Phu was nice and with quick response.

Perfect experience! We were picked up at the airport with a name sign and a private driver — a very thoughtful touch, especially considering the apartment is close to the airport. The location is convenient and everything is nearby. Inside, it was incredibly clean with beautiful interior design and quality shower products. The hosts were extremely attentive and fulfilled all our requests, including extra dishes, drinking water, and even laundry capsules — all provided promptly. Cleaning was flawless — truly hotel-level quality. If you’re looking for comfort and genuine care, this is definitely a place worth coming back to!

Overall, the stay was great. Lee and his team was very professional, accommodating, flexible, attentive, and quick with responses. Location was walking distance to the market, small eateries, and shops. I would definitely book again if I am to be in town again.

Nice place for trip, host very cute and friendly

I couldn’t recommend Na and her studio more! We stayed here due to a flight connection and were so pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly easy to get to, and there's a charming café right on the ground floor. Na welcomed us in person with a delicious cup of coffee and a warm, friendly conversation filled with great recommendations on what to do in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, full of great restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere. As luck would have it, our visit coincided with the opening night of the Da Nang Fireworks Festival, and the location of the studio couldn’t have been better. We only had to walk a few minutes to enjoy over 40 minutes of breathtaking fireworks. Na was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our short stay. We rested perfectly well, and the balcony is just beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place 100%!

It was a great stay, definitely I’ll try to stay there when I comeback to Da Nang. Pictures and description of a place matched the reality. Also Thi was an amazing host, totally recommend his place.

This was my second time staying at Sunny Beach Hotel and I'm glad I picked it again. This place really feels like a home in Da Nang. I'm always greeted by the friendly staff, family and their dog whenever I enter. Reliable AC in the room that provides relief from the heat. Clean modern room and bathroom. Plenty of great Vietnamese coffee stands around the area. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach. Unfortunately I was sick for my stay but Thi went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel better. I don't think I've ever had such great hospitality! Thank you!

We were located right on the riverfront with excellent views of the bridges and river. Several restaurants are located in walking g distance including their largest mall is 8 minute walk, or a 3 minute grab ride. It took minutes to go to all the other main attractions across the river, but we didn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

We stayed here for over a month, working in the studio and enjoying DaNang. And we absolutely loved it! The studio is very well-designed as a living space for two people, with two tables, loads of storage space, etc. The whole building is beautiful and welcoming, what with all the light an greenery. Finally, we found the hosts extremely helpful and friendly (helping us order water, dealing with out mail, etc.) It was just a wonderful place. Our friends were jealous. We will definitely stay again! Oh, and we really like the neighbourhood. It's very central and has a local feeling, with lots of delicious cheap food.

Проживала в квартире полтора месяца — осталась довольна. Из ключевых плюсов: локация супер — корейский район, всё рядом: магазины, кафе, до набережной можно дойти пешком. Очень удачное расположение, особенно если вы не на байке. Хозяин — отдельное спасибо! Суперотзывчивый, на все просьбы реагировал быстро. Мне не хватало кухонных мелочей — он всё организовал на следующий день. На кухне готовила регулярно — из минусов только одна конфорка, но я адаптировалась, не критично. Матрас — огонь. Реально комфортно спала, это прям редкость для меня. Также порадовало, что есть зонирование: спальня отдельно, гостиная отдельно, плюс места для хранения вещей предостаточно — как девушке, мне это было важно. Из минусов — нет вида из окна. Мне это было не так важно, потому что днём я почти не бывала дома, но кому-то может показаться минусом. Стиральная машинка европейская, а не местная. В целом — рекомендую, особенно для длительного проживания.
