Apartment holiday rentals in Hải Châu District

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

Host is very nice, kind and responsive. The place is awesome..big and felt like home. Good place for a big family. There's restaurant and cafe around the area. The cafe across the road, Incheon cafe, is a good and nice place to relax and chill. 2 minimart across the road. Really love the place. Had a really good time chilling with my family and had a good night sleep. Will book this place again. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this little gem, not only is it surrounded by various local restaurants, but it is comfy and soundproof. I loved my stay here, the host was always responsive and kind Pro's Stable wifi Comfortable bed Hot Water Kitchen Utensils Newer Building so NO MOLD (I'm allergic so this was mandatory for me to not have any mold) Con's I don't have any

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean as well, as the kind cleaning staff comes regularly. Vi was always super quick to respond to any of my questions which was helpful. It had everything we needed and the location was great, especially if you have a scooter.

This was an amazing place to stay at. Restaurants, cute coffee places around. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive. It is close to a lot of places by motorbike or taxi

I had a good time staying here! The room is clean, cosy and well-equipped. It is not far from the city river and the beach, either. Juno is a fantastic host with clear communication and is very welcoming. I would recommend anyone visiting Danang to stay at this house.

Very nice Large apartment. Loved the bed it was very comfortable. Table & Chairs to work/ eat on. A nice large couch, big TV, fan, good A/C. Great shower, good bathroom. Washing machine also very good. Kitchen good. Highly recommend this apartment it's in a good location. 10 mins walk to the beach. Good host. Thank You

My son and I loved staying at the Banana Flower homestay. The layout was perfect for us as he had his own zone up on the mezzanine and I had space downstairs but we were within the same room. Linh was an exceptional host and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her housekeeping staff were very kind and kept everything clean and even changed the bed for my son when he was ill with a fever. We loved the accessibility to the river promenade and excellent shopping and sightseeing. We would recommend this homestay for it's great value and hospitality.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Hsuites. I just finished living here for a month. The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating - a special shout out to Clara who put in the effort to make the place feel like a home away from home. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It’s modern and everything worked perfectly. It’s close to everything (short ride or walk), price was very fair. I even tried to book another month, but the room was fully booked out (for obvious reasons). I highly recommend you stay here. And I will 100% be staying here again next time I’m in Danang. One thing to keep in mind when booking is that there are multiple levels of apartments with the same layout in this building. I was initially expecting the exact view shown in the photos, but my apartment was on a lower floor. That said, it didn’t impact my experience much at all as the apartment itself is fantastic. Just something to be aware of before booking. But again, I highly recommend!

This is my 2nd visit. The penthouse is big and good. It is on the top floor and is in downtown Da Nang, so it is easy to get around. It is great for a large family to stay and I highly recommend it to others.

If the location of the accommodation was very good, the grocery store on the first floor of the apartment There was a pharmacy beer store, so it was convenient.

We have a pleasant stay at Linh’s place. Hope to come back and stay again next time

Affordable and comfortable stay outside of the main tourist area. Only a 10 minute drive to the main attractions in the city

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

The accommodation is very clean and the same as the photos. It felt very well maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, making it a comfortable stay. It wasn't noisy because it was a residential area, and there were many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around, so I was able to have a good time with my family. I want to come again next time.

We were two guests at Brian’s apartment. I highly recommend Brian and his apartment it to anyone visiting Da Nang. The apartment was spacious with all necessities. It was also very clean and tidy. The floor is high above street level, which makes the surroundings private and calm. The building has 24/7 security and has a good location in the city. Brian is a great host. He responds quickly, provides accurate information and is helpful in general. Overall a great stay.

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.

I am really happy with the property , Tony was an awesome host handled everything fast definitely returning to the property and work with Tony on future visit couldn't ask for better vacation...
