Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will live in 50 sqm in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You look over the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the courtyard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and a historic old town.

Die direkt durch das Wohnzimmer erreichbare Südterrasse bietet von morgens bis spät abends Sonne und einen unverbauten Blick ins Grüne. Direkt anliegend führt der kleine Bach "Palmbach", so wachen Sie bereits mit einem Wasserrauschen im Ohr auf und können den Kaffee bereits in der Sonne genießen.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

A unique tranquil living space of 132sqm can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Luxurious furnishings include queen size beds, leather couches, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Large glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We welcome all races and religions. The property is easily accessible from the A3 Frankfurt - Cologne.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Our apartment RABENLAY is centrally located between Diez and Bad Schwalbach (approx. 8 km to Diez and Limburg). Due to the wonderful location - directly on the Aartal cycle path and Aar-Höhenweg and in the immediate vicinity of the Lahntal cycle and hiking trail - the domicile is ideal for hikers and cyclists.
