In the heart of Siljansnäs, you will find this small farmhouse with rooming three people. The cottage was renovated in 2023, the bathroom in 2018. Within walking distance, there is a kiosk and grocery store, and a little further up in the village, there is a café, hotel and mini golf. 200 meters from the front door is Byrviken, an excellent swimming area. Within 20 minutes' drive, there is also Tegera Arena, Granberget ski slope and cross-country skiing.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
