It is a ten minute walk both to the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter 5 km ice skating rink on the lake in a few minutes walking distance.
