Especially at this accommodation Petra is the landlady, the very best tips, homemade sweets and the very loving personality make the stay a beautiful experience. Thank you for letting us stay. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis as a home base to explore the southern Tyrol region - this could be just the place. Situated in the hills above Mölten this beautiful appointed home is perfect for a couple or a young family. The yard provides several peaceful corners to relax and read a book. It is located near unlimited recreational opportunities with trail heads a short walk from the driveway and many just a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very gracious and friendly. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a little seclusion in a beautiful natural surrounding. We had a memorable stay.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

The apartment is well equipped and the view of the mountains is beautiful. You are in Merano very quickly and still live very quiet and idyllic.

Very nice host, fast & easy communication; accommodation was great & family-friendly; as an architect, I found the house very beautiful and high-quality; we also used the bread roll service and had a great breakfast in the morning

Perfect location and everything within walking distance. Check-in worked out great and Mauro was very nice. Just so you know, free parking 20-25 min walk away. Parkhaus St. Josef Parking 5 min. away, not free. We paid 180 euros from Monday to Friday depending on the stay in the garage. In conclusion, it was a perfect week. And the parking garage, if you know about it, is no problem.

It was our second home, too bad for so few days. Ulli was very kind and always available! The house is a small refuge, very nice and very clean (on this I am always afraid when I take an Airbnb and I am super critical but this time I have to say: impeccable). The view is priceless, we were almost sorry to go out to do the activities we had set up! We hope to be back soon. Thank you very much 💗 Highly recommended

The stay in the apartment was just great! Patrizia and Jonas are incredibly good hosts. From tips for the area and restaurants to the daily bread roll service or farm's own eggs - everything was perfect. We were even offered the use of the hosts' e-bikes. The apartment is on the upper floor of a very large house and you have privacy and complete tranquility. It is completely renovated, incredibly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with various coffee machines, coffee and milk frother. The bed is so comfortable that we asked the hosts afterwards because we want to buy it for ourselves privately! The balcony is large and invites you to have breakfast with a view of the mountains. From here, we could easily reach Merano and various hiking areas. The hosts also run a great snack bar not far from the house. If we come back to South Tyrol, we will book here again 100%

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. We had a few wonderful days at Doris' in the Villa Rosa. In real life, everything looks even more beautiful than in the photos! The history of the farm is evident at every turn, skillfully combined with the lovingly restored architecture. The furnishings are high-quality, the view is fantastic, and the surroundings are simply wonderful. If you want to leave the car behind, you can reach a bus stop with connections to the center of Merano or to the Trauttmansdorff gardens in just a few hundred meters. The absolute highlight for us was the child-friendliness. Outside, the little ones can swing, play in the sand, play table tennis or ride a Bobby Car - or simply water the flowers and watch the chickens roam around. Even in bad weather, it wouldn't be boring with children: there is a cozy lounge with books, pens and games for all ages. Simply great! An additional plus: the free use of the sauna – a real extra.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
