Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not permitted to have a party in the apartment.

Tiny vintage caravan in great surroundings.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Private beach, forest and cliff viewpoint within walking distance. Bring your camera and a positive mindset :-)

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
