In the charming, quiet area of Kelstrup Strand, this new holiday home is a short distance from the beach. The house is brightly furnished and modernly decorated as a tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of light, and from the kitchen window, the living room door and the terrace there is a limited view of the water, depending on the season.

Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds + 1 baby bed (one double bed, one bed 140 cm wide + bunk bed, one bunk bed 70 cm wide), kitchen/living room and bathroom. The cottage is located on a closed road about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is for max 4 adults and 3 children + baby. The cottage has: Wifi Smart TV Dishwasher gas grill washer Dryer Pellet stove Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes to the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house was built in 2016 - brand new with a lovely decor as seen in the pictures.
