The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Alexandros helped us a lot from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was especially enjoyable to watch the view of the large terrace and the sunset. We found everything we needed in the house. It was a 10-minute walk to the center and it was easy to find a place to park a car in the neighborhood. We recommend a house that we would prefer when we come back to Chios.

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!
