Beach house holiday rentals in Habaraduwa

We had a lovely time at the property, would definitely visit and stay again. Very friendly staff and plenty of freedom and privacy. Couple of things to note, there is only one fridge for the 5 rooms we stayed at, and only one bath tub in the 5 rooms. Food was good, there are some nice shacks near by. location is excellent.

The place is amazing It big size front garden backside infinity pool with ocean 20 meters only. The checkin was very smooth and we were greeted with very kind person caretaker. It was my birthday he arranged cake and all necessary items and was very proactive and humble ready to help, he took us in his tuktuk to buy basic groceries and beer. The place is stunning well equipped kitchen,clean bedrooms and hall. The pool was super fresh and was cleaned daily .Nearby we have many supermarkets and restaurants. It perfect for large families who want peace and family time.

We have just had 3 nights at the villa and loved our time there as a family of 5 (boys aged 8, 12, 14) from NZ. It was monsoon season but this didn’t bother us - it would rain at some point every day but only for a little bit and then abruptly stop. Only difference was that we didn’t swim out front, but with the pool this was fine. Turtle beach was such a treat, we loved visiting the turtles in the mornings, just 300m away. Sunil and his team were fabulous, they kept the place clean and would promptly mop after rain, collect in and fold our washing if we were out when it rained, make cups of tea etc. Sunils breakfasts were such a treat - we looked forward to this each day. The bedrooms are all external but can be locked from inside so didn’t bother our kids. We were often the only people on the beach, it was so quiet. We enjoyed cocktails at the beach club next door which was great! Would 100% return and recommend.

We loved our stay! The garden and pool were terrific, the staff was very nice and the Place was super clean!

Traumhafte und ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Ravith und alle anderen zu der Unterkunft gehörenden war sehr zuvorkommend. Man muss nicht alles annehmen, was einem angedreht wird und die Preise weichen manchmal von der ausliegenden Speisekarte ab, zwar nur um 100-200 LKR, trotzdem. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property - previously at Diviya Villa, and this time we returned with our parents, in laws, and our one year old daughter. It was just as magical as the first visit. Amba Villa, a spacious three-bedroom villa perched at the top of the hill with even more breathtaking views than before. It was spotless, beautifully maintained and felt like a peaceful retreat for the whole family. A special thanks to Chamara, the property manager, who is truly a gem. He took care of everything with warmth and efficiency. With a little one, we had many requests all handled without hesitation. The support staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming. The food was beautifully presented and tasted flawless. The pool was pristine, and the view from it is heavenly - you could stay in for hours and forget the world. The beach is just a short walk away, adding to the charm. We left with full hearts and lasting memories - already dreaming of our next visit.

Celine’s house was great for us. 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children 3 and 4 years old). + house exactly the same as on photos. + location is great. + almost private claim beach was good. + Christian and Indra are really great hosts. This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

I had such a lovely stay at the House of Water Lilies! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place itself is peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and perfect if you’re looking for a calm escape. You can really feel the love and care that went into creating this space. It’s close enough to enjoy the beaches and cafes of Weligama, but far enough to relax in total peace. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Sri Lanka!

A great stay by the ocean. I loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves and watching the turtles right out the front. Lots of food and bar options within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Herausragende Unterkunft, wir haben mit 5 Personen drei Nächte verbracht. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr große und schöne Zimmer. Wohn- und Essbereich großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Team, Frühstück nach Wahl, gut und frisch zubereitet. WLAN, Klimaanlage, TV, Boombox und Geräte neu und funktionstüchtig. Bäder sehr schön und geräumig. Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt und groß, Meer- und Strandzugang. Insgesamt eine besondere Villa die den Preis wert ist. Vielen Dank ans Team und die Vermieter!
