Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

Suur ja avar 110 m2 eraldi sissepääsuga majaosa! Parkimine tasuta. Korter asub 1890. aastatel ehitatud puitmajas, mis on stiilselt ja ajastutruult renoveeritud ja sisaldab kõiki kaasaegseid mugavusi. Esimesel korrusel asuvad avar elutuba, täisvarustuses köök, vannituba koos dushi ja pesumasinaga, WC ning trepihall. Teisel korrusel asuuvad puhkeruum, WC ning kolm magamistuba. Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Rohkem vanalinna südames paikneda ei saakski - kiviviske kaugusel on nii promenaad, Väike Viik kui linnus. Tere tulemast!

House with a unique design

Lovely one-bedroom house with extraordinary privacy, huge garden and artsy design (made by me), yet located in the very heart of the village. Public transport stop and grocery store right across the street. Great resting place for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and/or furry friends (pets). It is also good place to stay and take a daytrips to Saaremaa, Pärnu, Haapsalu or Tallinn. As I do live here sometimes it’s not hotel style, so don’t prepare for that.

Light filled and cozy studio loft in a quiet corner of the charming Haapsalu old town and just a few steps from the beautiful promenade with a view on the famous Kuursaal. Close to all the shops, cafes and Haapsalu Castle. The space is fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay, the decor is a good mix of old and modern with a functional kitchen, fireplace, hardwood floors and a shower with glass walls.

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, das Haus und die Lage waren ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Das war Hygge pur. Perfekt wäre, wenn man den Kamin nutzen könnte. Wir haben uns mit Kerzen geholfen. Um es richtig kuschelig zu haben (Winter!), hatten wir das Heizgebläse zusätzlich laufen. Es gibt romantischere Geräusche... (Ein knisternder Kamin z.B. :-) Doris ist ein wunderbarer Host. Perfekt.

We loved staying at Piia’s apartment: it’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the terrace for the morning cup of coffee and yoga (mat provided as well) Gorgeous sunroom with books and Alexa controlled music system is where we spent most of our afternoons. This rental will make you feel like locals for the duration of your stay. Apartment is centrally located and one can walk to everywhere (we did rent bikes at the hotel to see more of the town). I am very thankful that we got to experience this location. Highly recommend it!

Very good place. The apartment has everything necessary. Its quiet, close to the lake and city center. It has a very artistic decoration, the host is friendly and communicative and provide good instructions trough the chat and also has all the important information available at the house.

Imetore pererahvas, kelle juures tundsime end nagu kodus. Väga lapsekeskne ja -sõbralik keskkond. Toas olid lastele eakohased mänguasjad ja õues palju tegevust. Saime peenralt korjata salatimaterjali. Köögis ootas peremehe küpsetatud leib, maitsev vaarikamoos jm vajalik hommikusöögi jaoks. Asukoht väga hea, kõik vaid jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
