Lag Dubh Auld house on Cruit Island

Anne-MarieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a gem, tucked away in one of Irelands most beautiful coastlines. A few minutes drive to breath taking beaches. The ‘aul house’ was full of charm and original features. A lift sleeping area and turf fire adds to the charm. It was like stepping back in time. A perfect location to de stress, and turn off from our busy lives.

Lake View Log Cabin

EvelinaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay at Adrian’s place was fantastic! The cabin was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The view was very beautiful, but the weather wasn’t the best, but didn’t stop us to visit few beautiful places, We can’t wait to come back ❤️

A beautiful cabin set in the most scenic wilderness with views of Errigal & Muckish Mountains. A wonderful stay with great amenities where one day felt like five. The little touches such as milk, bread, tea, coffee etc were especially nice. Thanks Katie.

Crolly homes cottage

ShauneenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at Bernadette’s and would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the area. It’s a few min walk to Leo’s Tavern which provides live music, food and good craic! Bernadette’s place was so quiet and peaceful to come back to and had everything we needed to have a comfortable overnight stay

Kitty's Cottage

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location is excellent, within walking distance to 2 pubs, the Caislean Oir Hotel (good food), Dannie Minnie's (outstanding food), a couple of takeaways (Pizza at Top Pizza is excellent) and a handy grocery store. It is an excellent base to explore Donegal, within plenty of beaches, tourist spots and scenic drives nearby. The cottage itself is well equipped, with a modern new kitchen, washing machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, glasses etc. The homemade scones, milk, butter and jam was a very welcome treat! Central heating was responsive and hot. TV with Netflix app was great for chilling out in the evenings. The living room sofa is very comfortable. 3 double bedrooms with clean, fresh linens and a generous amount of towels and plenty of wardrobe space. The hairdryer was also a convenient bonus. Off street, private parking. The cottage was set back from the road which meant it was safe and quiet. We would most certainly return :)

River Cottage Donegal

SharonRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This place was actually better than the photos! Very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you’d need. Ideal location to explore this part of Donegal and a short drive into Bunbeg for food & drink (thank you Martina for the breakfast recommendation at Caife Kitty!) If we’re ever in this part of Ireland again, would have no hesitation in using River Cottage again.

PikiMohi Lodge, Donegal

Emma Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
Spotless and lovely lodge. Modern building finished to a high standard and a pleasure to stay in. This is a great base for visiting the surrounding area which, has great natural beauty. The local village is just a walk or very short drive away. There is a lovely secluded back area to sit in where you could do a bbq or just to sit and enjoy the lovely view. Lovely owners. I’d definitely recommend this place if you are staying in the area. Carrick Finn beach is nearby and just gorgeous.
