George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

I recommend this accommodation, huge building, lots of space, very nice and helpful host, in the morning he brought us a cake.

Un séjour chez Claudia avec mes 4 enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la maison, sa piscine, la proximité de tous les commerces et la plage à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La maison est extrêmement propre et confortable. La cuisine propose tous les équipements utiles pour une famille de 6 personnes. Claudia a été très amicale, bienveillante et arrangeante. Elle a su nous a assisté à la fois pour nous aider dans nos visites ou dans nos petits soucis du quotidien. Merci Claudia pour avoir rendu ce séjour magique.

We booked this place for a last-minute trip, and it was perfect. The host was super responsive and helpful from the start. It really reduced our stress. He spoke great English, so communication was smooth, and he provided lots of helpful info about the area. The rooms and the pool were very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn’t cook much. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I 100% recommend this host — he was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We just enjoyed the space comfortably. Highly recommended!

Evin konumu denize sadece 1 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ev meyve ağaçlarının olduğu büyük bir bahçede bulunuyor. Christine bizi çok güzel karşıladı. İhtiyacımıza yönelik tüm detaylar için bizi bilgilendirdi. 2 çocuğumuzla birlikte 4 kişiydik. Ev çok temiz ve eşyalar çok yeterliydi. Muhteşem bir 2 gece geçirdik. Çocukları uyuttuktan sonra eşimle beraber evin muhteşem verandasında saatlerce keyifle oturduk. Eğer Samos u gezme gibi bir planınız yoksa buradan hiç bir yere gitmenize gerek yok. Sahili muhteşem. Denize girdikten sonra sadece 1 metre taş daha sonra yumuşacık bir kumu var. Deniz kenarındaki taverna muhteşemdi. Öğle saatlerinde tavernada kahve ile başladık. Gece 12 ye kadar aynı tavernada vakit geçirdik. Önündeki Şezlong ve şemsiyeleri ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Kısacası tekrar samosa geldiğimde kesinlikle Christine in evini tercih edeceğim. Çocuklarım ve eşim ile birlikte buraya bayıldık. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Christine ❤️

The property is amazing but it could do with a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The hosts are lovely and were always quick with their responses and fixing any issues we had, such as the wifi in the house stopped working and they had it fixed within hours

Ev merkeze taksiyle 10 dk uzaklıkta. Son derece temiz ve genişti. Ütü, saç kurutma makinesi gibi ev eşyaları da mevcut. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık

Die Villa entspricht der Bechreibung. Der Aufenthalt enstprach unseren Vorstellungen und die Kinder haben sich über den Pool sehr gefreut. Ein sehr positives Erlebnis war, dass der Pool ein Salzwasserpool ist. Wir haben es genossen. Die Villa steht in einem Neubaugebiet und ist leider nur mit PKW erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 Min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen, jedoch war dies alles sehr unproblematisch für uns. Die Villa ist für eine Familie mit drei Kindern perfekt. Die Zimmer haben alle eine Dusche und WC, große und gemütliche Betten und alle Fenster sind mit Moskitoschutz. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühl- Gefrierkombi. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen ! Es war ein toller 5 Sterne Urlaub!

Einfach nur traumhaft - viel mehr muss man eigentlich nicht sagen: Super Einrichtung Ein atemberaubender Pool mit Wasserfall und spektakulärem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer inklusive den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen der Türkei. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, 15 Autominuten in die Stadt bzw. zu den Stränden und ein casual Restaurant in Laufweite...wir können es kaum erwarten, wieder zu kommen.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

Ev konforunda ailemle keyifli zaman geçirdik. İstediğimiz gibi doğa ile iç içe ve sakin bir ortamı vardı. Etrafımızdaki villalar boştu. Taleplerimize Cafer Bey ve Necla Hanım hemen yardımcı oldu. Güzel bir hizmet verilmeye çalışıldı. Ev temizdi ve anlatıldığı gibiydi . Kişisel ihtiyaçlar bile düşünülmüştü. İnternet kesintisizdi. Yeniden konaklamayı düşünebileceğimiz bir yer oldu. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Altı arkadaş konakladık ve bizler için oldukça güzel bir deneyim oldu. Ev için temel malzemelere sahip olup etrafı çam, zeytin ve palmiye ağaçları ile çevrili, güzel bir havuzu olan, vintage birçok unsuru barındıran, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha geniş bir çiftlik eviydi. Seha Bey iletişim konusunda çok iyiydi. Çiftlikte çöp konteyneri/kutusu olmadığı için çöplerimizi yaklaşık 1 km uzaklıktaki konteynere araçlarımız ile götürememiz deneyimimizin tek negatif yanı idi.

Ailenizle birlikte dinlenmek için gidebileceğiniz güzel bir site gürültüden uzak sakin temiz güvenilir . Villalarda üç ailenin rahatlıkla kalabilecegini söyleyebilirim. Küçük çocuğu olan aileler için de uygun bir villa küçük çocuk havuzu var. Denize oldukça yakın sayılır (Max 2 km) Kumsalı oldukça güzel. Tabi kişisel beklentiler benim yorumumu eksik bırakabilir. Son olarak Gürültüden uzak sakin bir yer. Ev sahibi izle gelince çok teşekkür ederiz. Başka bir tatilde görüşmek üzere. Bu arada iyi ki bu sisteme üye olmuşum.

Volkan is a great host and he is extremely responsive. The sunset by the pool is a sight to see. Place is really cool and calm. Extremely ideal for large group gatherings or a holiday with friends or family. Loved everything about it. It could be slightly distant to the central areas but it takes only 5-6 minutes by car to reach large supermarkets and beach. Also, the distance to those central areas gives it a cleaner, greener environment and makes it more favourable.

这是我住的最好的民宿之一。首先房子的地理位置非常不错，离国家公园只需要半个小时车程（那里有非常清澈的海滩），最近的两家超市步行只需要不到5分钟。房东大叔非常友好，每次我们遇到问题时第一时间帮我们解决。房子的设施非常齐全，可以做饭，电视可以投屏看电影，空调非常棒的工作，最棒的是泳池，非常干净，每天都有人打扫。下次来还会继续在这里住！
