Beautiful quiet villa ideal for families. Very close to the beach and the area is amazing. Recommended for sure!

we stayed in the house for 4 people and we were very comfortable, having air conditioning in the house was a huge plus, and the host's father, Uncle Recep, was very interested in us, we can say that we felt exactly like we were in our own home. If we were to come again, we will choose this place without thinking.

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Everything was very nice. Thanks to them, we were provided with the facilities to meet all our needs. It's close to everywhere and the location is very nice. The place we will choose with our eyes closed next time. We thank him again. 🙏

It’s a beautiful villa with plenty of space. You do need a car as it is not near town center.

First of all, the cleanliness and maintenance of the house was useful and Mr. Memet's kindness and courtesy was very good. We stayed very comfortably for 10 people. It has a nice air. The garden area was very good. We came here after the wedding. We were very comfortable. We would prefer it for a meeting or an organization we will do again. Thank you for everything.

The property is amazing but it could do with a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The hosts are lovely and were always quick with their responses and fixing any issues we had, such as the wifi in the house stopped working and they had it fixed within hours

The house is 10 minutes away from the center by taxi. Extremely clean and spacious. Household items such as iron, hair dryer are also available. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay experience

The holiday we spent at Mr. Ayub's villa was very enjoyable and we made wonderful memories. Thanks to Mr. Ayub for his hospitality! The villa's furnishings were quite complete, and we were particularly surprised by the surprises such as the guitar and baglama. It was a great comfort in the heat to have air conditioning in every room and hall. The pool was spotless and the facilities were magnificent. The proximity to the city center and markets was also very practical. However, there were a few minor issues. Some rooms had faulty toilet faucets and bathrooms. The water flow of the poolside shower was weak, it was difficult to use. Google Maps showed a long route, whereas there was a shorter one. Also, it would be great if there was a guidebook for the villa.

The attendant, Mr. Mehmet, greeted us. He was very interested. He solved the small problems that arose in a short time. The host, Mr. Mustafa, was in contact via message. The house and the pool were quite large. We spent the whole holiday on the floor where the pool was. Even that was enough. We went to bed. I recommend it for those who want to have a quiet, calm holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

We had a pleasant time with my family in the comfort of home. It had a calm environment, intertwined with nature, as we wanted. The villas around us were empty. Mr. Cafer and Ms. Necla immediately helped us with our requests. We tried to provide a good service. The house was clean and as described. Even personal needs were considered. The internet was uninterrupted. It was a place where we could consider staying again. Thank you.

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. Finally, it's a quiet place away from the noise. Thank you so much for following the host. See you on another vacation. By the way, I'm glad I'm a member of this system.

We stayed with our group of friends. Everything was as written in the ad and seen in the photos. I recommend it to everyone.

Volkan is a great host and he is extremely responsive. The sunset by the pool is a sight to see. Place is really cool and calm. Extremely ideal for large group gatherings or a holiday with friends or family. Loved everything about it. It could be slightly distant to the central areas but it takes only 5-6 minutes by car to reach large supermarkets and beach. Also, the distance to those central areas gives it a cleaner, greener environment and makes it more favourable.
