Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland

Come get away in our cozy log cabin in a quiet country setting. Cotton's Cabin sits on an 80 acre homestead. There are 2 ponds that guest will have access to, sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs and watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms all of which are upstairs. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

Good place to stay while you are in Houston, Texas. The house is very peaceful, but remember that it depends on who are the other guests you share the house with. The bedroom is really comfortable: feels like home. If you have environmental allergies, like me, this is a great place, so clean that there is no dust to give you allergies. The bathroom was clean and had the essentials: really good shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The kitchen was clean, one fridge to share, so it's a little space, but you still can manage to buy things for 1 or 2 weeks. The kitchen has a pot, a pan, and kitchen utensils. There is a full laundry available to use, but you need your own detergent. Queenie was really responsive, everything I needed she either respond were could I find it or she delivered to the house in less than 24 hours. If you use the public transportation, the bus stop is 10 minutes walking from the house, very convenient. The neighborhood is safe, but still be always alert.

I have stayed at Lynn and Lauren's multiple times now, and I cannot recommend their listing enough. Their space is clean, cozy, and comfortable, and they even welcome you with ample snacks and coffee/tea. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette are all in great condition, and the location itself is very nice and peaceful - perfect if you are in the Houston area visiting friends, for work, or just want a nice getaway. As hosts, Lynn and Lauren are very accommodating, attentive, and responsive, and they go through extra steps to make sure you have a great stay.
