Waterfront holiday rentals in Guwahati

Lochana and her partner Ryan are wonderful hosts, always available to help you out and they keep a fantastic space. The view of the river is what brings you, but the house itself is gorgeous. The only thing I would like to suggest is changing the strict 10 pm rule : This wasn’t an issue for me personally in my short stay, but if I were to come for a longer stay that might become an issue. However, this being a private residential complex and certain restrictions are completely understandable.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita’s place! The home was cozy and clean, with an extra blanket available for added comfort. Nikita was a fantastic host, providing detailed directions to the location, which made it easy to find. While the bathroom is not attached, it is for personal use only, ensuring privacy. The kitchen was well-maintained, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Due to the season, the river view wasn’t as visible since the water had receded. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable stay, had a restful night. The view from the room out into the banks of the Brahmaputra imparts a sense of calm. Swiggy and Zomato deliver but take a bit of time so plan ahead if ordering in. Otherwise the kitchen has the basics and more for a meal or two.

Location and Cleanliness at its best, wonderful cafes and parks around the property. The host was very cooperative about all my queries, definitely the best place to stay.

Its an incredible place at this price, nothing too fancy but really clean and hygienic place. The location like all review says is the cherry on the cake. All the best cafes and parks are in 100-200 mtrs walking. Also the host was very cooperative as one of the towels due to continuous rain might be smelling little dull as it didn’t get much sun but Nihal was super active to change it within minutes. Service was top notch am sure if any one faces something Nihal will be there to help. Ill surely pick this whenever i visit ghy.

It was such an amazing experience. The host was very nice and helpful. Just one problem is, there's no marketplace nearby. Apart from this Room was well decorated and clean. Will surely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at The Rolfy's den and the host and caretaker were always responsive and helped out however way they could, the place was beautiful and just like the pictures shown...overall amazing experience and wouldn't have wished for more❤☺

Thank you for Hosting us and giving us the other room free of charge. The place is located in a very well set locality and the view is amazing, it feels like camping by the river, we did not need the Ac as the cool breeze was more than enough, the rooms were spacious and clean, online deliveries reach the doorstep and cabs reach the gate. The Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, this platform needs more Host like him👌. I will definitely check in again.

The place was as shown in the photos. The place was very clean and the caretaker makes a very nice breakfast.

We stayed as a family of 6 in Mondeep's apartment. The apartment was well equipped to host that group. All amenities were as described. Best part was its on the 8th floor with ample sunshine and air - with a view of the majestic Brahmaputra. The projector room was fun to watch cricket and football matches in a grand way. The location is great and near to the ropeway, river front, and cruise terminals. Lots of cafes and restaurants around for food. Would recommend it for a nice stay in Guwahati. Cons - Had a slight water situation when the pump failed for the building, but thankfully we were ready and didn't face any inconvenience. Bedrooms lack locking mechanism which should be fixed by installing door bolts.
