Charming Small Home by the Sea

Hi, this is my first home in a superb location just off Castle Road, a 5min walk to both the beach and Southsea common. Some aspects of the house are still a little rough around the edges (walls need some love, not wonderfully furnished) but hopefully this would make a convenient stay for a few nights. Everything in the house is yours to use, I have one king sized bed but realistically you could sleep more if you were happy to supply an airbed.

very good place to stay when visiting the area, only a short distance from lots of restaurants cafes etc. I was here for victorious festival pricing was very good and accomodation came with lots a bonuses including coffee bags 💓. would highly recommend staying here, sorry Pete about leaving my iced latte on the side I was suppose to take with me.

Just a little bit of confusion with check in - I got stuck in lots of traffic so arrived an hour later than initially planned. The number I was told to call wasn’t available and the other number I was on hold to for 8minutes. Luckily as I arrived at 1733 there ended up being a staff member that arrived and let me in.

Heart of ‘Old Portsmouth’ | Private Roof Terrace

Great central location for Gunwharf Quay and Old Portsmouth near to harbour Solent, and Millenium Walk around the seafront and historic fortifications. Cafes, Pubs, and Restaurants are all a few minutes away, with Spinnaker Cafe highly recommended and virtually outside the front door. Four-storey townhouse on 4 levels and stairs took a few hours to get used to, but the layout made sense, with the main living room at the top with views across the harbour and Solent. A bonus is the rooftop terrace with views all around, including the Isle of Wight in the distance, but I suggest the extra glass of wine is probably best avoided if you want to get down the spiral staircase safely :-) All in all, it was a great stay, particularly as the weather was perfect for the duration of my stay.

Well located flat - 15-20 mins walk to centre of Southsea and 10 mins from Old Southsea. Flat is very large and despite being for 2 people could easily be used for entertaining with a separate dining area and lounge. Emma always communicated quickly. Although no parking immediately outside it was relatively easy to find parking in a nearby street and Emma supplies parking passes for your stay.

My husband is a Royal Navy Veteran & was attending a reunion. The apartment was in the perfect location (opposite the Royal Mariners Club) The views from the apartment are just stunning. The Spinnaker Tower, HMS Warrior & much more. The apartment was beautifully furnished with everything you need & beds were comfortable. Can’t recommend the apartment & its hosts enough & look forward to our next stay

Richards place was perfect for our stay in Portsmouth (Four adults and a 3 year old.) It was very spacious, perfectly clean, comfortable and had great character! We loved all of the quirky pics and records etc… very unique. Great location too… quick and easy walk to Gunwharf. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks !
