Beautiful 1 1/2 room apartment in our detached house. Perfect for 2 persons. A sofa bed is available in the living room (ideal for a third person or 2 children). Ideal location for trips to Europa Park, Kaiserstuhl or Freiburg or France. The small, friendly village is surrounded by vineyards and in a few minutes' drive you can reach many shopping facilities, a bus connection is given and the highway can also be reached in 3 minutes.

The apartment is centrally located in Gundelfingen in the complete ground floor (private entrance) of a former farmhouse. The existing, closed staircase is not used, the upper floor is private (separate entrance). The beds in the first bedroom have the size 1.40m*2m and 0.90m*2m, the second bedroom (transit room) with SATELLITE TV consists of a bed (1.40*2m) and a couch. In front of the house there is space to sit and grill.

Large room over 2 floors in a detached house. An integrated bathroom in the upper room. Upstairs a 140 wide bed, in the lower room a 140 wide sofa. Coffee maker and kettle, no cooking facility. The house is located directly on the railway line. The tram to Freiburg is a 10-minute walk away. In 10 min you are also in the forest and also the shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 10min. 1 min walk to an indoor pool.

The apartment is located in Gundelfingen, really close to Freiburg, surrounde by the beautiful black forest.
