This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot. This single story house is ideal for comfort and security, with a large yard and plenty of privacy. It's also less than a block from the Silver Line bus route that whisks you to downtown GR. Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with two ponds. We have hiking trails around the ponds and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat.
