Malama is for those who seek a quiet, private place to relax and rewind. the house is spacious, lovingly built and mantained with a private beach. Kostas and his wife are true, caring hosts who welcomed us warmly even with little delicacies. everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We would have loved to stay longer and will return when back on Samos for sure!

öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir ev, mükemmel bir konum. En güzel plaja 20 adım olmasıydı. Aşırı keyif aldığımız yürüyerek her yere gittiğimiz, arabayı hiç çıkarmadığımız bir dinlenme tatili oldu. Bundan sonra Foça’ya tekrar gelirsek mutlaka Miniq Home’un evlerinden kalırız.

Ev gerçekten çok tatlıydı, her şey özenle düşünülmüş. Temizdi, merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaştık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan tüm araç-gereçler mevcuttu, hamam da ayrı bir keyif kattı. Ev sahibi çok tatlı, ilgili ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca Latte isimli sevecen köpekleriyle tanışmak da çok hoştu! Tek küçük dezavantaj, merkezi konumdan dolayı park yeri bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor — bunu bilerek gelmekte fayda var. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! her şey için teşekkür ederiz mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğiz🌸🌸

Staying at Duygu’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking nature — lush greenery, birdsong, and the most stunning lake view I’ve ever seen. Every morning felt like waking up in a peaceful painting. The sunsets over the water were simply magical. Duygu was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the serene surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and soak in true beauty, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. Amazing house, amazing view, amazing host, amazing hospitality. 5 stars is not enough for this house. Maria is incredible host, you dont need to asked anything, she has already told you before you asked :) The view from balcony is unbelievable. We definitely wanna come to this beautiful place. we felt like we are living in our dream house right at the beach very peaceful and private you will find almost everything you need in the house . its far from chios but that is not important because renting a car is a must. the beach and the sea are very very clean. in short if you are looking for beach front clean house with beautiful deck this ideal. Just book it and dont over think it ! this Airbnb must be guests favorite!

We had an amazing time staying in this house! The apartment is equipped with everything one might need, the beach is amazing and there were even beach chairs we could borrow. Communication with the host was flawless throughout our stay. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with fantastic local recommendations. We will stay here again if we'll ever come back to Samos! Also note, that there is a cat with two kittens living in the area. She is very cute and basically stayed at our terrace every day, which is why we started feeding her every morning and evening (she is very loud when she's hungry). We fell in love with this cat, please take care of her!

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Studio von Vicky, da es ruhig, in der Nähe des Ortes und einiger Strände gelegen ist. Einige Wanderrouten starten direkt in der Nähe. Die Eltern von Vicky haben uns mit Wein, Mousaka und Kuchen verwöhnt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Sessiz sakin oldukca yeni ve rahat yeni bir binadaydik, eve giris surecimizdeki destekleri icin Ozlem Hanim’a cok tesekkur ederiz, islerimiz sebebiyle cok gec kalmamiza ragmen bize cok destek oldu 🙏🏻 Sunulan tum olanaklar fazlasiyla yeterliydi ve ev tertemizdi, cok konforluydu. Cok memnun kaldik, 3 kisiydik. Kendi evimizde gibiydik. Sigacik’a bol bol gidip geliyoruz, kesinlikle her gelisimizde burada konaklayacagiz. :)

Great apartment..walking distance to boardwalk. Felt like home

Wir haben nicht viel erwartet und haben viel, viel mehr bekommen, als wir uns erträumt hätten. Ein sehr gemütliches und geräumiges Appartement in Strandnähe, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit großem Balkon inmitten von Obst und Olivenbäumen. Wir durften uns sogar selbst Aprikosen, Orangen und Co pflücken! Ein süßer Mini-Supermarkt ist direkt ums Eck (hat quasi IMMER geöffnet), genau wie die geniale Bar der beiden (Esperos) - mit Live-Musik. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das leckere, selbst gemachte Olivenöl von Nikolas und Lyn, dass uns - genau wie Essig - kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Wir hatten mit der sympathischen Lyn einige schöne Momente, haben zusammen ein Spatzenbaby vor dem sicheren Tod durch die Katzen gerettet. Wir haben kalten Espresso von Nikolas genossen und er hat uns Samos näher gebracht Dazu selbst gebackene Plätzchen von Lyn. Bei all unseren Fragen haben uns die beiden hilfsbereit und freundlich geholfen. Es war der schönste Urlaub seit langem! Ephraisto

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Evde ihtiyaca yönelik her şey mevcuttu. Lokasyonu merkeze ve sahile 1 dk’lık mesafede. Evin konumu o kadar iyi ki gün batımını hep evde izledik. Uğur Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Tekrar gideceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz.

We had a fantastic staking at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly like described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! I’d love to stay in Emporios again and even meet kind Vasiliki in person one day. Thank you so much for everything!

Klein aber fein, wer es im Urlaub gerne einfach mag. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nicht zu viel Schnickschnack aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist schön, gerade weil man direkt mit dem Hafen und den überaus freundlichen Nachbarn verbunden ist. Trotzdem hat man irgendwie seine Ruhe. Das ist Griechenland pur und die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist auch ein Traum. Es ist möglich, im Hafenbecken zu schwimmen oder 10 Schritte weiter in der anderen Bucht. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es viele , mit den schönsten Kieseln, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Wanderrouten sind toll aber leider nur teilweise ausgeschildert. Yannis hat einen Wanderführer dort. Besser ist es, sich auf das Handy zu verlassen. Dann wird man mit einer vielfältigen Natur belohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

It was really nice staying in this apartment. The view was amazing, everything was very clean, and it was so close to restaurants and the port. Aglaia is such a kind and welcoming person, and she was very helpful during our stay. If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Certainly the most helpful and friendliest hosts we’ve had in any AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Made us feel at home immediately, the kitchen had snacks and drinks in when we arrived and the view is beautiful. This is a really special place on a very special island.
