Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! I would recommend Eva's accommodation. The studio is very well equipped and has a large living room and balcony. "Home"...but on vacation. Sea and mountain views (both!) Eva is attentive to your requests while being discreet. My stay was a real success! Thank you and goodbye.

In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Ovgu it's amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Apartment ( 3rd floor with lift) it's not the newest one but very clean and has everything what you need it, 5min walk from main street. I will definitely book again. Thank you.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

I would like to thank Mr. Ali for everything. He is a very kind, understanding and friendly person. He helped us with everything. We never felt like strangers. Nina, the friendly dog of the place, is a very smart dog, and we played together all the time. I can say that it added joy to our holiday.

We had a great stay at Çapan's place. right in the heart of Kuşadaşi. We were very happy during our stay were he made us feel like in home.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Perfect vacation. Accommodation in a great location with sea view and practically 20 meters from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cozy and well-stocked, easy to reach in the heart of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

Very close to the port and Antonio is a great host picked us up from the port to the house. Best sunset from the balcony but unluckily ıt was windy. Silent and peaceful location. Antonio is so kind and helpful, thanks for everything

Irene’s studio is located away from town, overlooking the Aegean Sea. I absolutely loved staying here. It is smack dab between the Cave of the Apocalypse and the Monastery of St. John. Definitely recommend getting a rental car or scooter. Lovely peaceful beautiful place to stay. Loved it!!

Great accommodation and in a spotless location. Christ is one of the best villages to live in Ikaria. Very quiet and private. Mrs. Fotini is one of the most hospitable hosts I've ever met. We'd prefer it again with my eyes closed.

Everything was impeccable and in a state of cleanliness and location! The welcome was very good from Mrs. Aggeliki who with her warm welcome, gave us some instructions for the places that are worth visiting. I highly recommend it!!
