Malama is for those who seek a quiet, private place to relax and rewind. the house is spacious, lovingly built and mantained with a private beach. Kostas and his wife are true, caring hosts who welcomed us warmly even with little delicacies. everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We would have loved to stay longer and will return when back on Samos for sure!

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Staying at Duygu’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking nature — lush greenery, birdsong, and the most stunning lake view I’ve ever seen. Every morning felt like waking up in a peaceful painting. The sunsets over the water were simply magical. Duygu was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the serene surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and soak in true beauty, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. I stayed at Ioanna’s place for 7 nights with my partner and we loved it. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked many times. The peaceful balcony and the amazing view was a plus, and we loved having our morning coffee and lunch there. It really felt like home. Ms Ioanna helped us with everything we needed during our stay which we appreciated a lot. We were sad to leave but definitely want to come back there. The flat itself is a bit uphill but very close to the city center and walkable distance. We walked daily and stayed fit!

we felt like we are living in our dream house right at the beach very peaceful and private you will find almost everything you need in the house . its far from chios but that is not important because renting a car is a must. the beach and the sea are very very clean. in short if you are looking for beach front clean house with beautiful deck this ideal. Just book it and dont over think it ! this Airbnb must be guests favorite!

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

We felt very comfortable in Vicky's studio, as it is quiet, close to the village and some beaches. Some hiking trails start right nearby. Vicky's parents spoiled us with wine, mousaka and cake. Thank you so much!

Ms. Ozlem's house is really magnificent in terms of location, it is within walking distance to the center of Sigacik and everything you need is very close. We were in a new and comfortable building, very quiet. We would like to thank Ms. Ozlem for her support during our check-in process. Although we were very late due to our work, she supported us a lot. All 🙏🏻 the amenities offered were more than sufficient and the house was clean and very comfortable. We were very pleased, we were 3 people. We felt like we were in our own home. We go to Sigacik a lot, we will definitely stay here every time we come. :)

Great apartment..walking distance to boardwalk. Felt like home

The apartment offers an indescribably beautiful view of the sea, simply fantastic! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The location of the accommodation is also top. By car, you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes, and many places are quickly accessible. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were always helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursion destinations. The only small disadvantage is that after 1 a.m. it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby. However, there is a paid parking lot nearby that compensates for this. Overall, a great accommodation with great hosts. Absolutely recommended!!!

We loved our stay here, it was absolutely amazing and even more beautiful than on the pictures! Walking distance to the beach was not even 30 seconds, you can see the sea from the room and the balcony. The apartment was spotless clean and much bigger than the pictures suggested. The hosts are absolutely lovely and even let us stay the whole day of our departure in the apartment (our flight was in the evening). I can't recommend this place enough and hope to return someday. Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! I’d love to stay in Emporios again and even meet kind Vasiliki in person one day. Thank you so much for everything!

It shows the location as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own house, they allowed us to use their private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

Small but nice, if you just like it on vacation. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, just because you are directly connected to the harbor and the extremely friendly neighbors. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace and quiet. This is pure Greece and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbor basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many swimming opportunities, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking routes are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It's better to rely on the phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

We had a great time in Kampos. The apartment is very clean, in a good location and has all the necessary amenities. Communication with Nikolaos is easy.

Wonderful accommodation on the western end of Samos'south coast - away from depressing mass tourism. Small, loving, park-like complex, with a lot of use well maintained. Unfortunately, there is not a single tavern with really good Greek cuisine from 4 places in the area (place can't be said).
