Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful week in Kokkari at Evangelia’s house, a lovely place, close to restaurants, beach and shops in a beautiful peaceful location. ❤️

I recently stayed at a this house, and I must say that everything was exactly as described. The owner is incredibly hospitable and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The only suggestion I have is to consider installing air conditioning, as it would make the stay more comfortable during extremely hot days.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

The stay at Minas and Rodopi's place was great. It was nicer than we could see in the photos and it was equipped with all the comforts. If you are looking for tranquility in a beautiful area, you can book this house safely. The directions we received for the drive from the airport were perfect, because especially the last stretch from the main road is steep and partly unpaved. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Apollon (the manager) and Rodopi. There were all kinds of homemade products ready for us, which we were allowed to use. During the week, Minas and Rodopi came by to bring us even more. Extremely friendly and also very tasty. We had a wonderful week, with fortunately nice weather (end of April). The (private)beach at the bottom of the cliff is great, and we have swum and snorkel here several times.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We are sorry that we could not see the host Burhan Bey because of the mishap, the host, Burhan, whoever you come with your family, definitely your home, anyway, here, thank you again and thank you again for a simple, clean and warm holiday season, be sure to experience

Giorgos is such a kind-hearted host. We really enjoyed our stay and he made sure we had a good time by reaching out and telling us about the local activites. We are definitly coming back.

Stelios is a very friendly and hospitable host. The house is in Marathocampos a lovely town on the southern outskirts of Kerki surrounded by olive groves. The house is as spacious and comfortable as the photos show and has a wonderful terrace with panoramic sea views. The location of the house is also great, there are nice beaches and restaurants nearby (Kampos and Ormos). We also recommend you to visit the village of Koumeika and eat at the Sama restaurant under the plane tree in the village square. This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were serious about hosting, but they were also warm and friendly. I stayed with my mother, siblings and cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, and balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we were leaving. Thank you very much for your kindness. We recommend it to everyone.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

As a crowded group, we chose a fun and calm vacation, we loved the fact that all the rooms downstairs were designed to open to the pool, the common areas are spacious enough, close to the migros, the place is a safe, calm street, we would like to thank Mr. Bulut, who answered our questions and helped us a lot with everything. Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

I had a wonderful 2 days with my family. In the tremendous cleanliness, everything you can think of from the kitchen to the finest detail is available at home. We were very happy, it was really a beautiful, peaceful place in touch with nature. Mr. Bulent responds very quickly if you have any questions. We will definitely return for peaceful rest.

We had a great time! The host was great, always available and responsive to all our questions, no matter the time. The house was spotless, very clean, with a sauna and jacuzzi at the top, as well as a perfectly maintained pool. We were 9 girls and we felt totally safe throughout the stay.
