Waterfront holiday rentals in Gulf of Thailand

The apartment was amazing with the best view you could possibly have! The private beach made it our most beautiful 4 weeks in Thailand. Lance responds quickly and is super helpful with anything you need. Definitely recommended!

If you plan to stay in Sun town area then this has to be the place. The room top notch but the best part of this property is the view from the balcony. Birds Eye view of suntown as this property is on 15th floor and is in the tallest building with a pool on 19th floor. Every night you get to view the kiss of the sea show and fireworks for free from the balcony. Definitely recommend this place without a second thought. They also provide one way pickup or drop off to airport so that’s another plus.

Location and Property: 100/100 You can see firework daily right from the balcony and your room. What an experience! Apartment is clean and sorted. Brian was absolutely amazing. We faced issue with AC and Brian solved it for us by offering a better replacement. Only Con: Swimming pool was not operational

Lovely apartment with perfect view over the beach and sea. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean.

Absolutely LOVED this place, great location in Koh Tao. When we come back, would like to stay here again. Very Private, Roomy and clean modern place. Well insulated from out noise from the clubs in Koh Tao. AC works great and there was snorkel masks provided. As well as many good local suggestions which help. Nice big fridge w/ freezer that makes ice, complete kitchen and filtered water. The pool was great and had it to ourselves when we used it. Cleaners and neighbors were all very friendly. There is a convenient store at the top of the driveway which is very nice too. Some things to note, it’s not walkable to town, but not a big deal at all because everyone uses scooters to get around. This place is a 10/10, you will not be disappointed!

Stayed here for four nights as a couple. The room is very cosy and well decorated. The balcony has an unbelievable view and the bathroom is exceptional. Our host Lalin could not have been more helpful which made our trip even more memorable. If you’re coming to Phnom Penh, especially as a first time visitor, I cannot think of a a better place to stay.

I've stayed at a handful of units in this particular location and I'd say this one was the most put together and very clean. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful details and super clean. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to beaches, cafés and shops. The location is peaceful without being isolated. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into creating this special place. Thanks so much again. If I could, I would give the Airbnb 6 stars. Binh welcomed us directly, as he lives next to the accommodation on the same property and showed us everything. Through the beautiful and lovingly furnished garden, you could go to the small private beach and relax in the hammock. We also got some suggestions for restaurants, shopping and places to visit on the island. We also had diving glasses there and we were allowed to use Binh's sup. We spent most of our time on the island here because the place is too nice to leave. Also, we got Bánh Mì delivered every morning and were able to indicate every day if we needed anything from the market. Binh always responded very quickly and took great care of everything. The Airbnb is very thoughtful and designed with a lot of love. All in all our stay was impeccable and we will definitely come back! :)

Great location just steps from the beach! One of the rooms had a lovely sea view. The house was clean and spacious, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. We didn’t have much contact with the hosts, but they were kind enough to send us back some items we forgot. A relaxing and easy stay overall.

Fantastic Villa! Bowy was super helpful for check-in and afterwards where we left something in the safe and didn't realise until we landed in Samui. Thank you Bowy. The Villa is amazing, with unspoiled sea views, an infinity pool that blends with the ocean, super luxe finishing's throughout - the Villa is a really special place. PS I don't think the photos are a true representation, it is much nicer than the photos.

Clean, private, and in a convenient location, this jungle house is so incredibly beautiful and fun to stay in! At first glance it is more pricey than Ido and Nadya’s other listings, but trust me when I say, it is 100% worth every cent! I really love Ido and Nadya’s curated jungle in the heart of Hin Kong (Sri Thanu). I stayed in one of their A-frames last year, and I watched Earth and his team of builders build this jungle house. I came back this year to stay in their finished product. I can’t describe how much more beautiful it is in person than the pictures (or my imagination). Each nook and cranny was thoughtfully designed to flow with nature. I wish all buildings were built this way. Kon pum ka Ido, Earth, and team. 🙏🏼 See you again soon!😃

Most excellent overall Great host. Extremely kind and helpful Quiet and private location Easy to walk or scooter to other locations near and far. Many eateries and shops on main road as well as immediate proximity Really quite good overall. Gyms restaurants bars beaches waterfalls etc c. All within easy access Thanks Ian

Highly Recommended Perfect location, roughly equidistant to all other areas of interest on the island Big comfy bed + blackout curtains + powerful air conditioning Fantastic unobstructed view Everything is exactly as per the pictures, except the bathroom which is actually bigger in real Host is 10/10, easy communication, super responsive and fast to react - The place feels homey and cozy Other comments mention loud music, which is indeed true but it's not as bad as described, parties are down to once a week and decibel level is not that excessive, for reference when streaming a show on my phone, i wouldn't hear anything else Keeping in mind the easy access, the proximity to every need within walking distance, the central yet with a secluded feel, it's like being in a nature cocoon but close the shops/stores/services/food Worth It

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. I had a fantastic and smooth stay at Mrs. Aroma’s place! She is an exceptionally kind and attentive host, always ready to help and quick to respond. The apartment was immaculate, well cared for, and matched the photos perfectly. What I appreciated most was the excellent location — just a short walk to the restaurants, the beach, and the night market. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I would highly recommend her place to friends and would love to return in the future!

This place is exactly like the picture and more. The unit is very spacious and very new. All the decorations and facilities are so well thought out. Despite all the furniture and amenities Pinit provided, he still be able to make the place spotless. My son has quite a severe allergies to dust but he hasn’t had any problem at all. The areas is very peaceful and the beach is very clean. It has a long stretch across Kho Tao district which is heaven for runner like me. There are so many cafe and restaurant within 5-10 mins walk. The host is super responsive, polite and friendly. I say this is one of the best experiences for my Airbnb stay.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Absolute diamond of a host, paid attention to detail and also helped with added extras. Roses were waiting on arrival and also helped set up trips and tours. 10/10 amazing host amazing property.
