Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. A Perfect Tropical Getaway at White Phoenix Villa, Koh Samui We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White Phoenix Villa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy, with an inviting warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the natural sunlight streaming in throughout the day added a bright, refreshing vibe to the entire space. Whether it was lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful interiors, every moment felt relaxing and memorable. Ken the caretaker was amazing and always smiling and very helpful. One thing that slightly surprised us was the additional charge for water and electricity, which was informed and which was presented in the final bill. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unexpected and was the only blot on an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would still highly recommend White Phoenix

Very good stay! The view from the pool is beautiful, Jean Luc is very responsive in messages to help and he provided us with the coordinates of a taxi van(there were 8 of us) who transported us during the stay.

The villa is in a terrific setting which cannot be faulted and has a well laid out interior. I took the option of arranging a taxi to pick me up from the airport which was a good idea as the villa is a tad tricky to find first time around.

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

Phen is great! So friendly and warm. Gave me local recommendations on things to do and I loved all of them. Breakfast was great. His tuk tuk driver, Oeurt is amazing. So kind and waited for me everywhere that I stopped at. I wanted a traditional stay and this delivered. Thank you again for an amazing 4 day stay!

André was very welcoming. The accommodation is isolated in the middle of the jungle and the facilities blend perfectly with the vegetation, especially the bathroom. The neighbors had a party one night and André offered to upgrade us free of charge to even more upscale accommodation. Having arrived a day late on the reservation, he also offered to accommodate us for an extra night at no extra cost. I recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravinan's villa. Ravinan is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. She was very helpful, fast and responsive. I arrived late and she provided a variety of snacks and water. It's a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and recreation. The garden is like an oasis, very lush, with many different exotic plants and trees, a true little tropical paradise. The pool is immaculate, beautiful, clean, very long, and has a nice depth, perfect for cooling off. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the first floor is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. There are many interesting things to see in the area, I would recommend a scooter. Ravinan, thank you again for everything 🙏🤗

I’m very happy that I could spend a week in Samui in this Villa at Ilona’s resort - very beautiful surroundings in the middle of jungle but very close to fisherman village or beaches and other places. Hosts take care of guests privacy and peaceful vacation which is great! I got also help from John, who managing resort with a taxi to the airport. John also arrange a scooter just few minutes after my check in directly to my Villa so I didn’t have to spend time on that! I would be more than happy to visit this place again! Already miss it!

Very nice house with 5 large ensuite rooms and swimming pool. Friendly housekeeper who provides good breakfast and can help with any arrangements, such as local transport, laundry. House is about 3km from town center and situated in quiet residential area. Only downside is it's located in small alley so not easy to find and only small local provision shops within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Koh Samui! Check-in was smooth, and the villa is huge, spotless, and very luxurious. The private pool was definitely the highlight, and the view is breathtaking. Communication with Arjan was quick and easy. The only downside is the location – it’s quite remote. Without a car or scooter, getting around is difficult, and even taxis didn’t want to drive up the hill. Still, if you have your own transport, it’s an amazing place to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this villa was truly special. The villa is incredible, the location and views spectacular and the accommodation and infinity pool beautifully kept, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Mon the housekeeper looked after us really well and was always available to ask questions or give us advice. Siri was responsive and helpful and made the whole process easy and relaxed. The free regular transfer into the main part of the island were really helpful and it was easy to get takeaway delivered when we wanted. We even had a fabulous meal cooked and served for us in the villa. Dont hesitate to book this villa... it is beautiful and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would love to go back someday.

Great place and peaceful if you are looking for a place to with a very private moments with your partner then that’s the one - Pannipa was so friendly from the very beginning till the good bye and very attentive to the details and with great recommendations for the best Koh Samui places She is a great host for sure Me and my wife loved the place One simple comment to make this place even greater :- the place needs TV Pls as the place is in a private location you will definitely need a bike to move around the place (don’t worry Pannipa got you one for sure) Good luck for you and marcus 🙏🏻

I booked the villa for 4 days and it was a dream. My family and I enjoyed the stay in the villa very much, mainly the pool on the very hot days, was just wonderful for us. The rooms were very nicely decorated and large. I would also like to thank Valerie and Tino again for the great communication and hospitality.

Our stay at Baan Sawan was perfect. The view is breathtaking & the pool & tropical gardens are stunning. The villa is spotless & beautifully maintained — spacious rooms, inviting common areas & everything impeccably clean & cared for. It’s peaceful & private, only 10 minutes from Fisherman’s Village, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops & anything else you need. Star & Levy were the most wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. Star’s cooking was a highlight — generous, delicious breakfasts each day & a dinner on our first night that was restaurant-quality. Levy’s attention to the garden makes it feel like a tropical postcard. Both were warm, helpful & a real joy to be around — their presence added so much to our experience. Everything about our time here was smooth, thoughtful & relaxing. Anne & Alistair have created something truly special: a luxurious, welcoming home we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for the experience & can’t wait to return.

Paradise! We were wonderfully welcomed. The villa is in a beautifully wooded residence, the view of the sea and the sunset are sublime. The infinity pool is large enough to swim. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty and spacious, the air conditioning works very well. The living room opens entirely, giving the feeling of being outside, above the sea. Perfect service, a gentleman visits morning and evening to clean the pool and terrace, tidy up the loungers. Several ladies prepare and serve a very hearty and diverse breakfast, concerned with everyone's taste. Our daughter doesn't eat gluten, they've always been very careful, and they managed to make her happy every day. The cleaning is daily and impeccable. A rental car was waiting for us in the parking lot, convenient because the villa is quiet, but far from the tourist places, there are good restaurants on the beach below.

Great stay at this villa! The villa itself is beautiful and worth the money, however annoying to get up the hill as most grabs wont take you.

The Villa was stunning, clean and exactly as described. The iwners were also extremely helpful and accommodating. If ever we were in need for a lift into town they were there straight away to take us and any other questions or things we needed they were super helpful! Would definitely recommend!! :)
