Dyda's apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the Central market is being in the hub of the area though only a short walk to the riverfront and the more tourist area. Loved being able to have fresh food market and food stalls all part of the central market. Roof terrace perfect for a breeze.

Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

SovannOn is an absolute sweetheart—she’s respectful, responsive, and will do anything to make your trip amazing. I have been to Thailand many times, the only feeling of this stay is very good. First of all, this location is very quiet, the pool is very large, the children's slide and the long one on the water, the sight of green trees in the community, the surrounding area is very convenient to eat, especially the host is very good, the communication is very smooth, and the atmosphere of the Chinese woman.

Staying here was very nice and it was close to everything. She also has a motorbike that we rented for 2days from her for very good price. We only had one problem was the duvet was dirty and don’t have bed duvet cover luckily we brought one with us but other than that I would come back again.

Juan is an amazing host. He is very well informed, hospitable, kind, relatable and helpful in everyway. Whatever I needed, he had no problem to provide it with a smile. He treated me like a friend. 🙏🏾 We had many talks where we learned new things from eachother. We shared a common interest of yoga, so he introduced me to yoga studios that I will return to. The loft and surrounding property is even more amazing in person. He took the time to show me all the amenities of the building which was amazing. The kitchen is stocked with all you need (condiments) to make a meal. The bed is big and comfortable and there is ample storage for short term or long term stays. The decor is so zen and homey. Please respect his property when you visit, he puts a lot of work to make it beautiful for guests and we should return that energy and keep it as beautiful as we received it. Any guest would be pleased and should be grateful to have a host like Juan and to stay in a property as lovely as theirs.

Clean cozy apartment, spacious, lots of air. The staircase is not for everyone to the second floor, but in a week you get used to it. The air conditioner on the second floor was a little noisy, the host promised to fix everything. In general, cozy, a little far from the sea, but there are all amenities nearby, 7/11, laundry, massage, restaurants, swimming pools, a gym, a good local Internet, better than an unlimited SIM card. In general, the sun shines in the morning, in the afternoon it does not shine out the window, which is convenient, since it is not very hot.
