Хорошее место для короткого спокойного отдыха. Из плюсов: просторная вилла с уютной, зелёной территорией, есть бассейн, а в доме всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: посуда, бытовая техника и разные мелочи. Не хватило только розжига, мыла и губки для посуды, но это все мы докупили в ближайшем магазине. Отдельно хочу отметить быструю и приятную коммуникацию с хозяевами: мы попросили почистить кондиционеры — и уже на следующий день всё было сделано. Из минусов: не очень понравился сам район и ближайший пляж: море было мутным, купающихся не было. Мы чаще ездили купаться на пляж Ламаи, дорога занимала около 25–30 минут на машине. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

perfect please if you want to relax but be close to fisherman village! very good host and place!

Beautiful and affordable place. Perfect retreat for a group or a family. House was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. It also has a large outside area with the pool. Host was helpful and always responsive. Only few hundred meters from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants. Plenty of markets around with local and foreign foods and all kind of products, just 10 minute drive away.

Olga’s villa is great. It’s a beautiful area with free bikes with the option to rent a motorbike at the resort. Nobody else was there so we had the pool to ourselves the entire week. I would stay there again.

Although farther away, Tong Nai Pan is the best area in Koh Samui if you want a private, relaxed atmosphere. And and Boom’s place is also the best Airbnb place in Tong Nai Pan in our opinions.

It’s been such a pleasure staying in Bayside Villa. Claire has been very responsive before I arrived, she helped me having better idea of the facilities in the property, electricity usage policy, and provided required information when I needed to submit my TDAC. The house is over all perfect, gorgeous ocean view with very limited mosquitoes. I guess maybe it’s because the house was painted white so they don’t like it. The edgeless pool is so nice that me and my family took turns jumping in and playing. We used the kitchen a lot and there are plenty and various spice prepared. Thank that so we could make some seafood dishes at home! Also before I came I heard it might be a concern the island using water quality was not so good, so I brought a filter with me just I case. However actually the tap water is pretty much alright! They must have a good water filter installed. Also the fridge provides filter drinking water. Overall, it can be the best choice for a family trip down to Koh Samui!

Beautiful house with great location very close to the beach. Good restaurants and 7/11 all walking distance. Jade was very accommodating and super responsive. She answered any questions we had for her right away 🙏

This listing was the heights of perfection! Everything from first communication to arrival was perfect! I originally booked for one night but have decided to stay longer. The space is exactly as was described and her team has been very accommodating so far! If you’re in PP this place is perfect for long or short term stay. The market is just 7mins away and the supermarket is a lil further but still walkable (23mins). This mattered to me because I like cooking my own meals. The kitchen is super spacious. The unit is in a small gated community so even if outside feels a lil chaotic, once you’re through the gate, you’re in a lil oasis. Can’t recommend enough. Ho Kei and her team are superb!!

Sam was able to accommodate us last minute because my previous host caused me too much stress for not fully declaring her listing. This caused us to leave in the middle of the night with the help of Airbnb support. I am thankful that Sam's place was available and it made my stay in Phnom Penh worthwhile. He allowed us to check in early and he made us feel at home. The unit is located on the 4th floor and he specifically said that in his listing. First few days were tiring but maybe our bodies were able to eventually adjust. This was not a major issue for us but consider this if you have loved ones with limited mobility. The place is also located near the Russian Market and nice restaurants that is why I love this place. Just one suggestion: Please check the AC in the bedroom since it is not that cold. While I understand that the room faces the east, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned so it can be at its best. Thanks, Sam!

Cristina is a very good host — one of the best I’ve had in Siem Reap. Her home is really clean and well-functioning. All the amenities are great, and it’s quite a nice place to spend a week or two. This was actually my second stay, and I hope to stay again in the future! Thank you very much for everything, Cristina!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa in Koh Samui. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful—even before our arrival, he reached out to offer support and was always quick to respond to any questions or needs during our stay. It made us feel really welcome and taken care of. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The private pool is a dream, and the views from the property are breathtaking. One of the best parts was how close it was to a gorgeous, quiet beach that felt almost like a hidden gem. The whole experience was truly relaxing and luxurious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The host was very nice and always helpful. We would recommend to rent a scooter to explore the island. The area felt very safe to stay with the family. The pool is a dream! We had a problem with the lock but it was solved very quickly. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Great place, everything is very clean and feels very new, very nice and peaceful area too. Eric was very helpful, kind and extremely responsive if we ever needed anything. Would 100% go again!

Check in was very flexible and easy with Nina’s clear instruction and responsive communication. Highly recommend. It’s not too far from the city and it’s quiet and safe. Would come back here again.
