If you plan to stay in Sun town area then this has to be the place. The room top notch but the best part of this property is the view from the balcony. Birds Eye view of suntown as this property is on 15th floor and is in the tallest building with a pool on 19th floor. Every night you get to view the kiss of the sea show and fireworks for free from the balcony. Definitely recommend this place without a second thought. They also provide one way pickup or drop off to airport so that’s another plus.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Yiqiong war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

This place is exactly like the picture and more. The unit is very spacious and very new. All the decorations and facilities are so well thought out. Despite all the furniture and amenities Pinit provided, he still be able to make the place spotless. My son has quite a severe allergies to dust but he hasn’t had any problem at all. The areas is very peaceful and the beach is very clean. It has a long stretch across Kho Tao district which is heaven for runner like me. There are so many cafe and restaurant within 5-10 mins walk. The host is super responsive, polite and friendly. I say this is one of the best experiences for my Airbnb stay.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

A heavenly home tucked up in the tropical mountains. This was my second time staying at this beautiful AirBnB, and it is a villa I will only continue returning back to experience the perfect stay for a summer vacation. My husband and I received such wonderful attentiveness and excellent hospitality from both Patrice and his on site manager Koko. They made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment of our arrival. We loved every moment of our entire stay, with the highlight being relaxing in and by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Tippawans accommodation. Located only a few minutes drive from restaurants and main shopping area and yet peaceful and quiet once you are back through the security gates. Tippawan was friendly and helpful on the few occasions we contacted her with questions . We are happy to recommend to others.

We had two really great nights at this villa, the views and the facilities are incredible. Very spacious and well equipped villa that can comfortably house 8-10 people. The live-in maid was fantastic and very accommodating. The only downside is the construction of new villa next door to this villa which was loud at times. Also I recommend to rent a 4x4 SUV as the route up and down the villa is quite challenging. Overall this is a great place to stay if you have a big group of people. Highly recommend.
