This was by far the best place we have stayed at Cape San Blas. Kitchen was stocked with any appliance or tool you would need. Everything was in perfect condition and working order and the well decorated. I hope to stay there again soon!

Slice of paradise on a very dog friendly beach. Accessible boardwalk which made it easy for my grandmothers who are close to 90 to get to the beach (with walkers!) We loved the outdoor shower and the beds were all very comfortable. Great spot for a family to vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay! David and Karen were very responsive with all our inquiries, providing us with a great list of things to do, restaurants, etc. The house was beautiful and spacious having everything we needed. The pool was warm and the golf carts were great to cruise around exploring. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great stay! Could not recommend this place more! The pool and back porch were so nice! Area felt very private and right at home! The master bedroom was cozy and comfortable. Very short distance to the beach. Everything went just as it should during our stay! 10/10

Thanks, Nathan for accommodating my family in your property. The house was spacious for a group of 12 people. Kitchen was well-equipped. The available board games helped entertain the teens. One of the rooms was a little cramped and has no closet or cabinet. Other than that, it’s a great place! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Mexico Beach! The house was lovely and spacious, steps to the beach or pool. The beach was beautiful, quiet, and family friendly. There are fun shops and food trucks within walking distance, but we also enjoyed the short trip to Port Saint Joe for additional options. We would totally come back to this location and to this house! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!
