“Absolutely fantastic stay in this wonderful little barn conversation. The pictures on the website do not do it justice! Just fabulous! Clive was there to greet us on arrival, was very friendly and advised us on a few walks. The property was clean and had everything you need for a self catering trip. The views and the peacefulness topped it off nicely.”

“Mandy and Derek have a wonderful home tucked away in the Welsh countryside. They are both outstanding hosts who are naturally hospitable and thoroughly pleasant. I have stayed here for work and have enjoyed the comfortable, clean room and food that has been provided as well as the company. I'm especially grateful for their help in drying out my wet work kit after a very rainy day. I'd thoroughly recommend staying here for holiday making or for work. Thanks!”

Ideal to use as a base to explore the local attractions.
“Lovely chalet in a great location, about 20 minutes away from attractions such as Powis Castle or Pistyll Rheadr. Check in was very easy, Cheryl messaged well in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly and communication was great. The place was immaculate, equipped with pretty much everything needed to feel at home (fully equipped kitchen including oven, pots, pans and all sorts of cooking utensils, iron, toiletries, clean towels plus some extra), plus a few thoughtful touches such as a few blankets, milk, tea and coffee and biscuits. The park is very peaceful and it has a small shop at the entrance which is very convenient. Can be used as a hub for exploring Wales, or you can enjoy the fabulous surroundings, go for walks alongside the river and enjoy the wildlife. It is difficult to put it into words how amazing the place is, both the chalet and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cheryl for a lovely stay, will definitely return!”
