We were positively surprised by the appartment. It looked even better than ok the photos. The view was spectacular and location is ideal. Communication was also really good and Maria sent us useful recommendations. Would definitely visit again!

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

It was wonderful. I'd love to do it again. Totally good location to explore the Algarve. A beautiful beach nearby. Apartment well equipped. A large supermarket is not within walking distance, so plan a car or Bolt. Everything straightforward and easy. Thank you for the wonderful time 🌞

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect place for us to relax. As you can see in the photos, it's a 2 story and the deck space is amazing. Loved the layout, the close proximity to the beach, and all the restaurants in the area. We had a car and really appreciated the underground parking as well. Ana was phenomenal with her communication and check-in was very simple. In fact, Ana was incredible with her communication leading up to and during our stay. We were 2 couples and this was a great setup for us. 100% would recommend this apartment, and would love to stay again! Our 3 days in Portimao were super relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Nuno was definitely a superhost. Proactive about communication and gave us a personal tour/in person check in which could not have been more gracious. Very kind, wonderful person. Apartment was perfect, exactly like the photos. Extremely firm bed. We read the reviews so were aware of the noise which was very loud because of the music festival on nearby beach. Had a little trouble sleeping but that is a trade off for being so centrally located. The location could not be better nor could there be a better host. Thank you so much Nuno!!!

Absolutely perfect location. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Super clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, can't recommend enough!

The view itself is worth staying at this place. We loved listening to the waves as we fell asleep and loved waking up to an incredible view. Even while showering you can look out at the ocean. It was clean and has the bare minimum necessities. I think this spot on the interior has potential to be much cuter and a little better stocked, but we still loved our stay. We spent our afternoons on the deck tanning and loved how all restaurants, bars, and beach were all walking distance. This town is adorable!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

The location of the house is amazing: a few meters from the beach, in a soothing setting. Ideal base for the most beautiful walks in the area along the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and quality materials. It is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a dream stay (impeccable house base, equipped kitchen, bbq, beach towels, etc.) . Stephanie has thought of everything! This home is a perfect beachfront home, but also turns into a soft and warm cocoon thanks to the wood burning stove when the weather is less mild. Stephanie is a perfect host, attentive and always available. Thanks again for everything! Last point: you will find in front of the house 2 delicious restaurants offering amazing grilled fish! It was a dream stay! We leave this house with memories in our heads and we hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in Albufeira and had an amazing beach day. It was much warmer than predicted. We appreciated the beach bags and towels provided by Marina. A tip if you are taking an uber to the property-ask to be dropped off at Hotel Indigo to save yourself a challenging walk with suitcases to the property.

Exceptional location in Old Town Lagos! Sarah was incredibly communicative! As the description points out, there is no air conditioning, but Sarah gives pointers as to how to keep the place cool. Also, the entry stairs are a bit steep so be warned if you have large luggage. You’re literally minutes from restaurants and bars and there is an exceptional coffee shop just down the block. The place is a gem—felt very local!!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

Elsa’s place made our honeymoon absolutely perfect. Spotless and exactly like the photos. A perfect base for exploring Faro and surrounding areas, lovely restaurants on your doorstep. Felt safe walking around the area, even late at night. Noise not an issue, just the construction that is mentioned in the ad but that didn’t bother us! The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days! Sad to leave, thank you for an amazing holiday!

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

An exceptional view, a perfect apartment, lots of space, easy access to the apartment, the market and the restaurant! It was superb! There was a lot of work in the area which did not bother us but it justifies our evaluation of the neighborhood. Very, very responsive host!!! We really appreciated his support when needed! Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough about this place-would recommend every time. Walkable to fantastic restaurants and shopping, view is unbeatable. The pool was an added bonus after a day of sightseeing! Easy to access hiking, ocean activities and shops to stock up on provisions. Maria and Robert were very helpful and responsive hosts. Stop looking and book!!

I can’t recommend Karine’s apartment highly enough. Spotlessly clean, great quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants and supermarket. Pool area was secluded and private for myself and young family. Even though there was some building work going on to the apartment complex the builders were quiet and very respectful of us as guests. Already planning our next stay and we haven’t left Portugal!

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!
