We loved our stay. The house was spacious and well-equipped. Jaqueline, the local host, was so friendly and continued to be helpful and responsive throughout our visit when we messaged her. We ate all meals out in the garden in the lovely sunny weather.

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

It was wonderful. I'd love to do it again. Totally good location to explore the Algarve. A beautiful beach nearby. Apartment well equipped. A large supermarket is not within walking distance, so plan a car or Bolt. Everything straightforward and easy. Thank you for the wonderful time 🌞

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We know the area well and have stayed in several apartments but this was the nicest. Like the modern features. Beds comfy and everything you required was there with the exception of coat hangers. One phone call to karine and she went out and brought some more and delivered them to us. Will definately stay again.

Stunning views and lots of windows. Absolutely perfect location if you appreciate peace, nature and the beach. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and the amazing nature preserve. Short uber ride to Armação

As always, a super enjoyable stay at Edward’s! It rained some of our week, but that forced us to get out and explore some other areas in the Algarve. Townhouse was clean upon arrival. Great communication and easy check in. Plenty of parking in front of the building. Forcing myself to explore northern Portugal for a while, but looking forward to the next stay at Edward’s cozy townhouse!

Absolutely perfect location. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Super clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, can't recommend enough!

Wow, what a beautiful place! The apartment it self was clean, well presented and felt super homely and cosy. Everything you’d need and more. The complex that the apartment is on is clean, quiet (but not too quiet!) and pleasant to be around the pool. The little cafe/bar by the pool was a nice touch. Great to grab a bite to eat during the day if you don’t want to cook for yourself.. and nice (very strong 😉) cocktails. Situated in reasonable walking distance from old town and marina, but equally as accessible by taxi for those who don’t want to walk the hills, at a great price too. A wonderful base for our week in Portugal to attend our friend’s wedding. Susana was very polite, accommodating and friendly, which made check in a breeze. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property! ☺️

Thank you for the loveliest stay! The apartment is in a a great location – close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Check in and communication were great and I look forward to coming back :)

The place was just as advertised, newly renovated and beautiful!!! Everything worked as described, the location was right at the Marina and boardwalk, which made it very convenient for water sports and other excursions.

I stayed at Gérards flat with my family ( My husband and 2 Children aged 8 and 14). It was perfect for us. We hired a car which worked well, as you'd need a car to get around. There were supermarkets near by ( walkable). Gérards flat was immaculate, so spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was beautiful and very peaceful. We were actually the only ones that used it all week, so had it to ourselves. Most importantly, we all felt so safe. The flat had great locks and shutters, which made us feel safe and kept the rooms dark and cool. The beds were comfortable and I loved that my children could share a room. The air con was lovely when we felt we needed it and cooled us down. The flat is in a beautiful area, with only a short drive down to the best beaches!! Gérard was a great host, we had contact for Manuela who would provide any answers we needed, but also Gérard responded very quickly when I messaged him too. 100% recommend!!

If you are looking for a quiet place, ideally well located in the Algarve, this is what you need! Spacious, very well-equipped accommodation, maximum 1 hour drive from the main sites to see. Very warm welcome, thanks for everything!

The villa is amazing with spectacular views. Everything you needed was in the villa and more. The welcome pack was so generous and something not seen before. The area on top is amazing. Will definitely be back

We had a perfect week @ Villa Eber. Love the pool & everything was clean & had all the necessities. Andrew left us a welcome goodies, that was really nice. This is a pristine 5 star hotel and is the perfect place for a relaxing beautiful getaway. The amenities (pool, beach, spa, breakfast buffet etc) were perfect. The rainfall shower was so relaxing. There is direct access to a beautiful beach between cliffs that you can climb on and get a great view from. The beach has a snack bar/restaurant, lounge chairs and a short walk from the beach is a restaurant where they offer the freshest fish and debone it right in front of you as you overlook the water. It's a very unique experience. The hotel offers free shuttles to the town as well. The post said check-in was at 3 but when we got to the hotel they wouldn't let us check-in until 4. However, they were very accommodating about holding bags and letting us use the amenities as we wanted. Also, two twin beds are pushed together, the room does not have a double bed. But everything else about our stay was so incredible that these two small points were quickly forgotten!

Great location.👌 Ability to leave the car and do a lot of things on foot. The hike along the coast to get to the pretty little fishing village Burgau is a nice reward ♥️ (beach restaurant at the top). Breathtaking views of the sea and the pretty little town of the apartment with private elevator access😁! The restaurants are very good too with lots of choice!! On the other hand, the accommodation would be more than 5* if a refreshment was done (jacuzzi at the end of the race, pergola asking for a renovation as well as the blinds, etc.). We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

My family and a friend stayed here and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The pool was right outside the back doors, and the view was beautiful. We really appreciated the extra touches, like beach umbrellas and a boogie board, which we definitely made use of. The beds were very comfortable, which was such a relief after staying at several other places with hard mattresses. All in all, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back!

Excellent location with privileged views of the coast and close to many places. Host was very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed the place, the views and the beach. Pool and facilities look nice and well taken care of. We had the bad luck of having damaged air conditioners although the host was very responsive and proactive; gave us some fans and price reduction to compensate. Will book again (after I am sure the AC works). Having a private parking is also great.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.

The place was lovely - open and airy with beautiful views. The walk down to Carvoeiro was a little hairy since the road is very thin with odd steps to one side that are difficult to walk on. Most people from the area seemed to walk on the road. The Carvoeiro boardwalk is on the other side of the beach (walkable) and Seven Hanging Trails is easy to get to by car. The central location made exploring the Algarve easy.

Looks amazing on the photos, it’s actually better when you are there, with jaw dropping views. Host was first class.
