We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

I want to emphasize that the mattresses and pillows are all new and of quality (which is uncommon in the rental houses). It's nice to be able to rest well. The BBQ was a very nice plus and the views other! The air conditioning helped us get through the heat of these days and the Netflix was definitely very grateful for my teenage children. We went to pass the 1st of May bridge to Selina's apartment and stayed very comfortable. It is in a very quiet and quiet place, with good access to the highway and the national that takes you through other villages of the Sierra de Espadan. The apartment was like in the pictures. It's a well renovated bass, no humanes and quite bright. Everything was very clean, we had a dishwashing kit, shower gel, shampoo, clean and good quality towels. We will definitely be back!

Very satisfied with the stay.

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and with all the services very close, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. It is clean and has many extras, coffee maker, enough pots, pans etc that help you a lot when cooking. The gift of a sponge and a brand new ballet is a plus, for me it is important. Very clean towels and all towels. A great terrace to relax, parking Spacious private and pool. I highly recommend it . Alfredo left several courtesy products that are appreciated. A very good stay.

AIrina and her husband, Manuel, are excellent hosts! Polite, communicative, intelligent! The apartment is 30 km from downtown Valencia, in a beautiful place, super quiet and easy to park, because I was by car! The apartment is very good, well equipped, excellent shower, washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning. WI-FI 10/10! Anyway, I felt super comfortable! I highly recommend it!

The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
