My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Watermans Paradise If you like to paddleboard, kayak, or open-water swim, this lodging is pretty much ideal. It’s just a short walk over to Laguna del Condado, where you can launch into the water from a small sandy beach into a calm, sheltered bay with clear water. You do have to cross a divided boulevard to get there, but that’s easy once you’re used to it. The laguna is an excellent area to paddle or swim on a blustery day, and it’s just a short distance to the mouth of the bay. Sea turtles and manatees, anyone? Excellent open ocean paddling along the coast, past the spectacular castle battlements and ruins of Old San Juan city. La Ocho surf break is about a mile or so up the coast and was good for waves on the right day. The front porch of the property locks securely so it’s an ideal place to store your board. The back area of the house even has a hose to wash the saltwater off your equipment when it’s time to travel home.

The home was exactly as listed. Anibal was a great host and very responsive. He provided clear instructions on the day of helping us find the home. Views were beautiful and home was comfortable and felt like home. Would definitely book again.

The house was perfect for our group - two families with teen boys. The pool was used a lot and you have your choice to stay in the neighborhood for the beach or go down the road to Dorado Beach. The boys also enjoyed the basketball court a walk away. Debora was a great host. She responded quickly whenever we needed something and was very flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

The place is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and super equipped. I'll be back, I loved it. The host 10/10, very friendly and helpful.

The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful and truly felt like a perfect escape, that my family and I needed. Everything was just as described-peaceful, clean and full of charm. My kids especially loved feeding the chickens and splashing in the pool in the backyard. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was perfect. Thank you for such a memorable experience-we can't wait to come back!
