Great little spot to crash for a quiet night's sleep in Puerto Rico. No loud music or animals or cars. Hosts were friendly and offered us bottled water upon arrival which was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Cute safe little neighbourhood.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

My stay was perfect. The place is very comfortable, and above all, very quiet. Excellent location, close to everything. Luis was very helpful, and always responded quickly. I recommend it.

In All Honesty This Place was a GREAT stay, wether you’re using a rental or uber to get around (which we did) its super cheap! The place was super clean it was me my husband and our baby she provided a playpen for us to use washer and dryer were very convenient only thing water pressure all around puerto rico is not that great .

The apartment was super clean and just as pictured. Evelyn made it herself readily accessible which put me at ease. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, I hope it’s available!

I loved it. I always look for security, and I had two entrance gates, the entrance to the house with a double lock and then a key lock for my room. Apart from that, it's super comfortable and for the price it was worth it. Spectacular bathroom.

Awesome!!! Would recommend anytime and I would definitely stay there again! It was a very convenient spot and close to the airport. He is veryyyyy responsive, I received responses late at night and early in the morning within minutes of messaging him! Excellent experience!

I had a great stay at this place. Terrence was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Accommodation is comfortable and convenient. The pool is great and very nice. The place is a little out of the way but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, taking uber to get around is simple and remains accessible. Thank you again for your hospitality. I had a great stay and will be happy to come back!

The location is as good as it gets in Old San Juan. Everything is within an 5-10 min walk. The place was decorated beautifully and peacefully, the AC units were great, the shower was really nice. We liked the interior courtyard as the streets can be noisy, we slept wonderfully. Overall a 5 star rental!

Overall the stay was good and nice. There were 3 of us so it was perfect. The only thing when we put the address to the house it took us the wrong one. We had trouble opening the lockbox too. The house itself was nice and clean. The AC was refreshing and the WiFi was fast as well. When I do come back to PR I would pick this hotel all over again. Raciel is good host.

We stayed for a week at Amy’s place and loved every minute of it! The location is peaceful and quiet at night so we were able to get lots of rest after adventure filled days. It is close by to all attractions in San Juan and the airport. We rented a car instead of ubering, which I highly recommend and there is a garage at Amy’s. From arrival to departure Amy was very good at communicating to us all the instructions for check in and check out. She also checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay overall which was so appreciated. The hammock and the front patio added a special touch to this place. When we come back to PR again we will be staying at Amy’s place😊

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

We had an amazing time staying at Ivonne’s place! The home was exactly as describe. Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Ivonne was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated Ivonne’s recommendation of the island.

Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
