Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Julián was a very friendly person and attentive to the needs that arose, he helped us solve problems that we had and had a very pleasant time in his accommodation, 100% recommended

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

The apartment is very nice. The only thing is that we are older people, and the technology was very hard for us to use, such as turning on the stove, the TV, etc. The area is very nice and quiet

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon.

This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

Awesome stay at Daniel’s place. Convenient location close to Mitad del Mundo and plenty of amenities. Private and safe property with his wonderful family and pets around. Daniel was helpful, friendly, and kind. My mom and I felt welcome and right at home despite our minimal Spanish. The only thing negative to say is that it was only one night that we got to stay there!

Dyana was the perfect host - responsive and arranged an airport taxi for us as well as laundry ( both worked great)! She was so so helpful 5/5 stars. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. It was good for a night close to the airport

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The place was very clean and well-kept, with a spacious outdoor area that my dog absolutely loved. It’s located away from the city, which made it incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. Christian was an amazing host, always helpful with taxi arrangements and great local food recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Will return for sure.

It's a lovely place. It is located near Quito. The cabin is very cozy and the guest is very kind to make the stay a pleasant experience.

The place is beautiful and very well equipped. Although there is no electricity, this is perfectly offset by the lovely fireplace (very easy to turn on), candles and sunlight. The beds are incredibly warm, and the thermal blankets are very well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The animals on the property are adorable and give a special touch to the experience. The area is simply spectacular, with breathtaking views that invite rest and contemplation.
